Slight update - based on the response from the owner, it is clear no regard was taken towards the items I had stolen and the fact that one of the movers took a ton of breaks, adding up to 1+ hours of him not working(the other guy took maybe 1 break the whole time). Not all furniture was wrapped. Based on only 1 person doing most the moving, 1.5 hours makes sense. However, if the other guy would have been more helpful, it wouldn't have taken as long. Even the guy who was working, made comments to me apologizing for the lack of assistance for the other guy because it was to the point that I started trying to help move my things since it was mostly the one person. Only posting a 1 star because can't post a 0. This service was hands down the worst moving company in my 6 PCS moves. Majority of all my items were received damaged, the drivers asked if I wanted to sell my items prior to off loading. No confirmation date of delivery was provided other than an ETA to the local area. Then when the driver showed up to the military gate, he had his boss on speaker bad mouthing me that I could hear- unbeknownst to her. There was no confirmation and I heard every rude word she had to say. Only after I tipped the driver did he conveniently ring my doorbell to give me my opened box with my Yeti Cooler, saying " oh didn't want to keep this...". I would never recommend this company to anyone. Read More
