This was my 3rd time using MoveBright! This company is amazing to say the least! The staff is super friendly and responsive. Ethan and Tracie got everything set up and scheduled. Their customer service is top notch! Moving day came and the crew was awesome! They were on time, professional and detail oriented. Greg, who was also the person to drive my items from FL to MO, was super personable and paid attention to every single detail along the way. Anis, Josh and Lucas (all based in FL) were there to help Greg. They were friendly and efficient with their packing and wrapping of my belongings. When I arrived in MO, everything was there, in tact and placed where I requested things to be. They put together the items they took apart in FL. We needed two 28' trucks to empty out a 35' storage unit and get it across town. The crew showed up on time and stayed busy the entire time. Josh and Xavier did a fantastic job with my move this afternoon. They paid attention to detail, and were respectful of my furniture. Most of my furniture is heavy and are 90s vintage, which made me nervous and reluctant to hire movers at all since they’re rare pieces... I knew I had a peace of mind immediately after seeing Josh and Xavier move cautiously with ease. From packing, driving past speed bumps, dealing with the annoying 3 flights of stairs, unpacking, and arranging— everything was of great communication and professionalism. Movebright moved us cross country. We hired them for a complete private move and paid premium for a private truck and air-controlled storage due to allergies. They damaged over 40 items, with damage alone valued in our opinion in thousands of dollars!!!  They offered us under $399 as a resolution compensation. Additionally, our items were commingled with others (after promising that it would not happen on the truck or storage and charging us extra for it). They left a portion of our items back in some place and had to re-deliver because a portion was placed into "a different storage room, with someone else's stuff".  So much for a private storage. They destroyed beds for the kids, dressers, and other 40+ items. Closet items were just thrown into a box, where their own movers who were delivering items after storage were baffled in disbelief. Tempur-Pedic mattress was punctured, dragged and damaged , that's after having multiple conversations on how it should be moved, as it was almost new. If you value your things and want your kids to have a place to sleep on after you move...I would not recommend them! Read More

We've gotten burned using budget movers before, so we decided it was worth it to pay extra for quality service. There are many moving companies to choose from, and of course you never know what your going to get till you try them out. But Gary’s teams at MoveBright Van Lines have been amazing. This was our second move with them. Our first was back in 2018 and again last week. Both times they carefully wrapped every piece of furniture before moving it. And carefully transported everything safely. All of their employees were kind and respectful. They also dress appropriately and wear matching company shirts.
