Horrible service!!!!! Do not hire these people!!!! They will scam you. They showed up late with a very small truck. Since the very beginning I told them I had to move two bedroom apartment to another two bedroom, I was honest about the stairs in my new apartment- in the third floor-.When they asked, I said I will have about 30 boxes but I was not sure- I am not the expert on moving, they are!!!- I did tell them about all the furniture I have. When I saw the car they brought, I immediately figured it was way too small. They got a U-haul 15' truck. The manager, a large woman, was continuously saying "I got you. mama", but they did not pack the tv, which was included in the 4 hours package I paid for! She started adding more cost to other things she said she had to charge for. I did tell her about my furniture and she did not mention anything a those possible extra costs during the estimate. Anyways, there were more and more costs included every time. She did not put the sofa nor tv in the truck, I still have paintings, lamps, and other things in the old apartment. Then said we will have to get back later for them- of course, charging me more and more. At the end, her team started stalling to make me pay for more hours, she said we will have to get back next day for the mirrors, sofa, and tv. They took 6 hours to move everything, but still she charged for another hour because they stayed longer while eating a pizza I bought them! But the next day she called saying I will have to rent myself the truck and still have to pay for another hour with them. A complete scam!!! Then, when I unpacked, I found a coffee table and my dresser damaged. It was a 20 min move and expensive furniture were damaged. I would have prefer any other company over this. Never do a move with this company, the person in charge named Amy offers you a supposedly "Quality Service" and a small truck arrives and it hardly works with two boys who did not even know how to lift a piece of furniture, they broke the supports of my bed (disarming it - see picture), they broke a rung of the stairs floor (see photo), they made a hole in the wall, and at the end the manager (Ami) asked me to please trust her and pay full the service because otherwise they deduct it from her and she PROMISES you that the next day a person will come to repair all the damage, I chased her for more than a week and just receive excuses and more excuses, they are the most unprofessional people I've ever seen and by the way professional cheaters.
