I got a recommendation from my neighborhood WhatsApp for Aragon Movers. I filled out a quick form online and Lily called me right back. I received a quote for three guys and a moving truck. My move was very small so I was really looking for something economical. Aragon Movers was upfront with pricing, had availability for Saturday morning and ready to go. I sent a few photos of what I needed moved. There were no hidden fees. I booked with a deposit on my credit card and signed the form digitally. The movers were punctual and called when they were 15 minutes out. The guys were friendly and kind, and I could really tell they knew what they were doing. The guys packed up a few of our belongings in blankets to protect them from being damaged. They provided blankets and straps so the items would be secure. We have moved 6 different times in the last year, admittedly we have seen some sketchy movers/moving companies. Aragon is top notch!! I'm sad I didn't find them sooner for the previous moves we did. I had to schedule an emergency move-out from my apartment right before the holidays, and Joey was able to arrange a team to help us within days of reaching out to Our Family Moving. The moving team included Kevin and two other gentlemen I didn't get the names of, and the entire move took less than 5 hours in total. This marks our third time using OFM&S, and it won't be our last. Dixie moved me twice now, once when I sold my house in Fort Lauderdale and moved my stuff to storage nearby, and then from storage over to Oakland Park when I found a new place. They professionally packed everything the first move and loaded it onto the truck, including dismantling my glass top table and dining room table and sectional couch, and loaded everything into storage in the most organized fashion. Then on 11/10, they arrived promptly at storage place, and loaded everything into the truck and followed me to my new townhouse, unloaded everything, and rebuilt my sectional and glass top table without issue. The items were in fantastic shape just like before the move. Both guys were great both times. This last time I had Leonard and one other gentleman that I cannot remember the name. Leonard was very pleasant and courteous. They were done with the 2nd phase of the move in less than 3 hours, and I got the cash discount as well. I had to make a hard move of furniture from my deceased moms house to mine where i was keeping a lot of it. I’d gotten a mailing a few weeks back from Albert’s and hung on to it. I called on a late Sunday afternoon and Josh answered the call. Wednesday am he was there for an estimate. It was a LoT of stuff with two drop offs. While my estimate fell a little short of actual (billing by the hour, and I called around, their rate was competitive and some much more$$$) and I booked the move. Josh stayed in contact confirming times and readiness and the crew arrived right in time. What great guys! They were personable and fun and made me laugh on a hard day. And oh my gosh they worked hard. It was a huge job. I could not have been more happy with the service, the pre confirmations and the follow ups.
