I understand moving is stressful but World Van Lines made the experience nearly unbearable. Their staff was aggressive, threatening, late for pickup by one day with no notice, and actually gaslighted me when I called to report broken furniture that was packed incorrectly. Their management and mover staff used bully tactics and were unbelievable unprofessional.
I would highly recommend using another company to move.

They were unprofessional at several levels within their organization from the person picking up our furniture to the manger I spoke with to report broken furniture that was packed incorrectly. The movers were a day late then threatened to not take any of our things when we were discussing a change in price, a price nearly double from what was quoted. When one of my mother’s glass displays arrived broken the manager told me “you sound like someone who is never happy and will always complain” and elude to the furniture being ‘cheap.’
Absolutely disgraceful leveraging of bully tactics and gaslighting. Terrible experience that I would not take the chance of repeating again. Read More

This is the biggest moving scam you will experience. I usually do not leave negetive review but omg people need to be protected from this company.
The guy we spoke to promised heaven and earth and gave us a quote. When the movers arrived they gave a completely different price and way higher than the previous quote.We had no choice than to go with them due to time crunch.
We were also told that we would recieve our beoxes in 5 days but we recived it in 3 weeks. They will come up with a different lie whenever we called them.
Well we eventually had the items delivered and our boxes looked nothing like our boxes then looked like a complete mess. Infact i told the delivery guys that those are not my boxes until i checked and saw my clothing. They STOLE my box of clothing and Vacuum cleaner . I have called severally but they keep makinh excuses.
My Tv was broken.
The mover was so weak and couldnt even lift the boxes. My brother had to help him.
