They helped us with our move on September 5th . It was very pricey but they brought three people for our 4 bedroom house (1 was empty already). The job went above 8 hours and when they were done, they asked us for a tip. Even though it was so expensive, we tipped them $100 each... However, they admitted that they broke our flat screen tv that we had for our living room. We had to file a claim. We figured to just get a new tv and wait for the claim money to get in so we can pay our tv off. It took more than two months for that claim to go through and we were only receiving about 35% of our asking price of $500. In the report, it seems like they changed their mind and denied liability. This company is shady, they broke several other items as well and some items I haven't found yet. If you are moving, pick someone else cause these guys over charge and they break your stuff but don't take responsibility for it. We had to call every week to check in with them about our claim too, they never showed any sympathy. Read More
