Verified Van Lines Moving Stories

I think the pictures speak for themselves. If you don't want your belongings to be treated this way, don't get into business with Verified Van Lines.
My moving experience:
- delivery took 5 weeks, instead of promised 2-14 working days.
- 2 boxes with valuables were stolen.
- Items were missing, e.g. part of a bed frame, which made me have to buy a new frame.
- All my furniture came scratched and dirty.
- No reassembly.
Verified Van Lines pushes ALL of the blame on their subcontractors, completely washes their hands off of everything, told me I don't have a contract with them, and their only job is to 'attempt to find a carrier'.
After months of exchanging emails, Verified Van Lines offered to pay me $125 under the condition I remove any negative review I posted, so unethical.
I wouldn't recommend anybody to enter into any type of business with this company because they take absolutely no responsibility for the job you entrust them to manage for you. Read More
