I was moving from a 2 bedroom to another 2 bedroom because a tree fell on our home so I had to move my children and I fast because of the safety concerns. So initially I was quoted for two people for 3 hours min when moving day came the movers was scheduled to come between 1 and 4 they came at 4 there was two guys that I must say was really good workers my family and I helped them bring everything downstairs first off. One of the guys ask did I want to maybe get extra help because they had a guy on standby to make things go quicker for 45 extra a hour I said ok that's fine. The theirs guy did NOTHING he didn't come inside not once to take anything down to the truck loading the truck took a little over a hour which was fine before we drove off to the new apartment one of the guys said it will probably be 900 dollars until 8:00 mind you I was quoted 475$ so for a extra hour we were charged almost another 500$ for a extra hour because when it was all over he said it was 1021 which made me so angry and they said it will be cheaper if we paid cash which was a red flag i honestly think they told us we were paying for a 3rd person so that they can pocket the money because it's no way they should of let this person not help. I advise to not use this company because they quote you a price just to get the movers to you and then scam you out of your hard earned money and the company won't respond to your concerns after they have took your money. This review is from my HEART! When I had to move, I was so desperate that which moving company I can trust and not to be costly! For one month, I was getting stupid quotes that they were not even reasonable. At the beginning, I declined most of the calls I got from Vector Moving and Storage; yes, honestly I declined because I was looking for moving companies that their names was SO BIG and it was my fault. When I was disappointed from those big and famous moving companies that even lied to me first about the date of loading and packing, I called the Victor Moving Company! Yes, I did and they responded so quickly and everything worked so fast and easy! From this PURE & HONEST review, I am sharing my amazing experience of moving from Bay Are to LA, California. It was a nightmare for me at the beginning, but I was so lucky to be in good hands! Victor Moving Company took care of me as a FAMILY not as a CLIENT. Their very kind, experienced, and respectful crew helped me out for every single thing and they even decorate my new place very nicely by assembling all my furniture's and bedroom sets! There was not even a tiny damage! Thanks Christopher for the amazing job you did for me. Welp this has been a bad experience. First off, the gentlemen were nice but worked extremely slow and inefficient. I had one bedrooms worth of furniture coming from a storage into a one bedroom unit. Shouldn't have took 4 hours. They said it was their only job of the day so I can see why they were trying to drag it out. As we're wrapping up I noticed my entertainment center was missing. I go down to check the truck and as we're going down Nate finally tells me that he "F***d up" he admits to dropping my furniture from the truck. I keep my composure because I understand accidents happen. All I asked is for it to get taken care of in a timely matter. What really set me off is when I called in to the company and file a claim they said they're only obligated to cover .60¢ per pound!? They didn't even care to weigh it at the spot. Now I have broken furniture just sitting in my apartment. None of the movers knew any protocol then to have me call in. When I call they refuse to put me on the phone with management and insist on having them call me back. Extremely disappointed on how this is being handled. I will edit my review if and when this gets resolved. UPDATE: The owner reached out and made things right. Addressed all of my issues and took care of it. Changing my 1 star to 4. I'm sure my situation was a one off situation. I'd still recommend this company. Read More

Now I understand where the arrogance comes from. I did not insist that the entire move take less that 4 hours. The elevator was not small and I dont appreciate dismissing everything that I said. Unloading took an hour and a half. It woukd have taken longer, but I insisted on having one mover unload the truck. Otherwise it would have been 2 to 2.5 hours. Since your movers told you everything, what was the reasoning behind two of them standing around watching serg organize instead of loading and unloading. I know a lot more about what was going on than you or them think I do. My issue is you taking what your mover tells you and disregarding everything I am saying. Of course they are going to make the customer look like the issue, to make it look better for them. No worries. I'll never use you again. Best of luck with your business defending that type of behavior and practices. Also, if they are so careful, why were boxes labeled fragile stacked at the bottom of piles of heavy boxes??? These guys are awesome! I had to move a 3 bedroom house on my own with my 2 year old since my husband was out of town and these guys took care of everything. Nikolai, Renat, Anton and Serg showed up early, got right to work. They took apart crib, beds, everything and put it all back together at my new house. They carefully wrapped all glass and furniture. They moved me out in 4 hours, stored my stuff for 3 nights on the truck and then moved me back in late afternoon which I changed at the last minute and they accommodated! I love that I had the same crew both times because the guys were so sweet. Nicest guys! They didn't mind my 2 year old getting in their way the whole time, they smiled at her and just kept moving. I used Vector for my move in early June 2016. At first I was pleased that the movers seemed to be moving at a good pace - however there was damage ... a few kitchen items and ceramic items were broken - the boxes were well packed and stated "Fragile Glass" on all sides but were treated like any other box- carried upside down, loaded under other heavy boxes etc. An ottoman was chipped on the wood and a few other miscellaneous scrapes and dents here and there on various furnishings. The worst discovery I found was to a living room cabinet. I tried to open the bottom drawer and it was stuck - after finally getting the drawer out I saw a rupture in the bottom with some large object protruding from it- I believe they must have set the cabinet on top of this item inside the truck and it burst through the wood and got wedged there- now I have a huge hole there and a broken drawer. I emailed and called the company several times in the hopes they would remedy this unfortunate situation. No one has bothered to discuss the situation with me and now I have had to resort to a poor public review. Proceed with caution. Read More
