Move from FL to WI. They delivered my 75 inchSONY tv (on Christmas Day) COMPLETELY BENT and cracked. It was metal and sturdy frame. I paid over $100 for tv boxes from Home Depot with foam protectors, foam covering, and plenty of bubble wrap in there. Completely neglectful, and very DISRESPECTFUL to offer me 30$ for the damage. Customer service is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. They will portray that they are going to assist you but in reality they take your money for the move and leave it completely in the hands of others who have NOT ONE OUNCE OF RESPECT for your belongings. I packed very well. The amount of force needed to bend my tv that way tells me they did not know what they were doing or just DID NOT CARE. I was also told initially that my tv was insured by United Moving Company which it was not. DO NOT USE THESE COMPANIES!

Stay far away from this company! I wish I'd read the reviews before hiring them. My things arrived with so many damages. And don't even bother questioning them about it. They don't care. To make matters worse, their staff is incredibly rude!! After quoting you, they charge you so many extra fees claiming your items exceeded "cubic feet" whatever the hell that means. RUN!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! I have never had a worse experience. The movers told me they felt like I had too many things, so they intentionally destroyed furniture. They opened boxes and took what they wanted. What they did not want, they reboxed. They stole my credit card, double charged me, and left my refrigerator outside.
They rolled boxes down the stairs, threw things and the items they completely destroyed, they gave to a different moving company to deliver the following day so I did not see it until after full payment was made.
After trying to work with the management and getting nowhere, I went to the BBB. Got nothing there and finally spoke with an attorney. Ultimately, they were not liable for anything. I got nothing back and I had to freeze my credit due to fraud on my credit card. Read More

Please proceed with caution don't make the same mistake I did and not review them before entering into any agreement. I used a broker out of Daytona Beach for my move from just north of Atlanta to Florida. As most people indicate they show up on the last day and last hour and hopefully use pressure to try to get more money out of you in my case they wanted an additional $900 for my move. The request cash only and intend on money up front. This wasn't too much of an issue during the loading even though I did not agree to the additional for $900 this decision came back to haunt me upon the delivery of my furnishings. I will attach the lengthy notes of concerns along with pictures are the damages to both my Furnishing my home and threatening gestures from a drinking delivery person.

Driver arrived on last day of scheduled pickup 30min before the end of his pick up window 11-4pm. did not introduce him self just started complaining about were he had to park. this didn't make any sense do to the fact he was moving the house not the basement. after some time trying to back into the area that he requested he then ask to see what was being moved.
as we entered the main living area the first piece of furniture he looked at stated this will be an extra charge due to the glass doors, I understood and a accepted that change. went to the next next room then started stating this move isn't going to fit.
from there he keep looking at my inventory list on his phone and stated what items weren't on my list and would be additional cost. I then informed him he was moving any additional items that weren't on the list we were donating them to charity.
he then stated that he needed to video my items for the office to make a discussion on accepting the job. after a short period of time he returned with two options first pay for and additional 400 cubic feet estimated at $900 or load what he could in 800 cubic feet.
after speaking with Brandon I made the decision to load what we could. I was able to lighten up the mood with conversation and they both seemed willing and did a great job of getting most all of my items loaded up to the 800 cubic foot mark that was made with tape.
based on the pick up inventory the only items that weren't loaded were the following. the
antique sewing machine and 1 night stand. both items were removed from inventory based on my comfort level. based on the total box count of 74 less the pick inventory I have 61 total boxes left to move down.
we discussed meeting for delivery anytime after 1pm the next day or anytime Wednesday.

issue with payment, our bank accidently mised spelled the name on the cashier check (Van Loyns instead of VanLines) after taking the check the driver came back stating they wouldn't accept the check because it had an S after lines? this turned out not to be the issue the name was completely wrong.
based on the drivers negative attitude frustration with parking driving across my sprinkler system and strong odor of alcohol on the helpers body. I asked to speak to his boss or manager and he dialed the phone and stated the customer wants to speak to you, not sure who was on the other end but after I made the statement that I was on my last string with them the gentleman Unleashed unsatisfactory language and threatening comments including the fact that I had less than 15 minutes to produce $875 in cash or they were leaving with my property. talked to Brandon to try and resolve this issue by paying the total shipping bill via credit card with accepted fees. this was not accepted on their behalf and they demanded cash only after 5 in the evening. the driver then drove off with my belongings, my wife race to the bank and withdrew funds to pay for the delivery.
after speaking with Brandon and another gentleman which appoigzed for the first gentlemans actions, we were able to get the driver to return at which point he would not give us a receipt for the cash stating that it would be done at the end of delivery.
the driver then stated that were holding him up and he wasn't getting home now until after 10? the driver started unloading the truck while the helper tried to bring items into our home alone. after we took the first picture the driver stated that we weren't allowed to take pictures with him in it.
after watching the helper struggle with a king size mattress by himself dragging it across the street and through my front yard and trying to get it in the front door which I had to help him we started requesting that the driver give him some assistance we stated that we had paid for two movers not one. driver picked up his phone and called his boss and told his boss that he had to talk to the helper Chris I don't quite understand this othe Read More
