You need to stay close and watch them. I had to rent a 2nd storage unit due to them not packing up the 10x20 properly. 1st picture is the 10x20 2nd is a 5x10 with furniture thrown to ceiling. Tyrone was very helpful and kind, but Heath was extremely rude and slow. If I owned the company I would fire Heath. He wasted about ten minutes doing nothing (when I finally arrived to check up on him in my bedroom he was texting not doing his job). I have a broken foot and had to then help Heath. After I showed him how fast one can mount a head board on one side of bed frame, he then took another five minutes to do his side. I said see « that’s fast and easy, then Heath yelled at me and was rudely opinionated, called me names, then threatened me that he would move even more slowly and charge more.
If we had two guys like Tyrone I would give more stars. It took over a half hour to move just the mattress and box spring. I feel taken advantage of by this company.
Moved into one bedroom tiny apartment and total bill was over $593. I loaded into uhaul half of the furniture (entire bedroom set) with two friends in 30 minutes. Heath slowed down Tyrone and was very insulting and rude. You would think heath was a friend doing a free favor with that low level of work ethic!!!
Try a different company or avoid Heath. The dolly and ramps etc from the company were all good, padded dolly to protect furniture. Read More
