Watch out!!! Monday, 1/18 - I received a bogus estimate from Two Men and a Truck Pearland for $351.00 to move 40 medium-sized boxes 3.9 miles. ToThe company charged me $413.00 and initially attempted to charge $475.00. I believed that $351.00 was too expensive for this move from my home to storage with no stairs and minimal distance. However, my original movers contracted Covid, so I had to find what I thought was another reputable company for the move. Two Men and a Truck Pearland charged my card $413.00 for this move and never called to discuss the upcharge or the final bill of an additional $62.00. Had I been given a better-estimated charge for this move, I could have made a better and more appropriate selection. I was misled and treated horribly by this company. I believe this company's Pearland location are unprofessional. Shysters, who request your card prior to a move so that they may charge a more excessive price without informing you of the final bill. September 20, 2022 I visited Two Men and a Truck's Pearland location on Rice Drier Road. I spoke to their Operations Manage Clint D regarding the damaged caused by their crew members on August 24, 2022. I advised Clint he and the owner Dave K had not address the damaged claim Mrs Holmes filed via their office staff nor had they returned her telephone calls. Another worker had overheard our conversation and advised Clint that the damaged claim had been assigned to Chris S of Texas Repair Service (A Furniture & Restoration business). Clint called Chris and asked for an update. Chris stated his man had not had time to get to our home but will visit within the next week. I reminded Clint that a Robert and Nabor had set up appointments but failed to show up or make any attempt to reschedule the appointment. Eventually Nabor (works for the Texas Repair Service) called back and scheduled an appointment for October 1, btw 11:00 an & 11:30am. Again, Nabor failed to show up and eventually Text Message me to say he's unable to come out today without any explanation. I immediately contacted Chris S (owner of the Texas Repair Service) to update him on his employees No Show No Call status. Chris advised that Nabor is generally reliable and not had any issues with him. He later text message to advise he will not be able to assess and repair the damaged column because Nabor was the only person on his staff to make the repair to our hallway column. As of this writing, we have not heard from Two Men And A Truck - Pearland's Owner (Dave K) and/or Ops Manage (Clint D). I have received an estimated to make the repair ($450.00 - $500.00). Read More

I just moved into my first apartment and Michael and Vinny gave me an awesome experience. the first great thing about them was I was able to schedule an appointment for 6:30 pm after I got off work. I didn't have to miss work or pay more rate for the weekend. they ended up being 30 minutes late due to Houston traffic but they called and let me know about the delay so I didn't have a problem. The movers showed up promptly at 7 and worked very fast to get everything loaded into the truck. I only had a bed, a couple of boxes and some suitcases and they had the truck packed up in 25- 30 minutes. once they unloaded everything into the new apartment and put everything together they still had a few minutes to spare out of the 2 hours I hired them for. Michael and Vinny were very nice and respectable and I'd definitely recommend them to friends and family. Read More
