From the first phone call to set up the move and also the day of the move itself this company is truly 5 ✨⭐ Star!! They were in constant communication and even giving detailed quotes over the phone and also via email to keep us informed on our move date and possible materials we will need to make the move as smooth and successful as possible. Alex set up our move and was very helpful, there were a lot of other people also that kept us in the loop and even gave us a call a day before the move to confirm that we were still in the correct time slot. Andrew and Tim were both phenomenal and very professional and also fast in everything that they did, even while the temperatures were in the 90° mark they kept working and did not quit! Should we need to move in the future two Men and a truck will be our definite go to company for the job, please use this company as you will not be disappointed and the service will be stellar! For the last 3 months my husband and I had our lives turned upside down. We quickly had to sell our home and find a new place to live. When we were getting quotes and reading reviews of multiple moving companies, everything keep leading us back to Two Men and a Truck. When I was setting up our services I was graciously guided through the process by Helen. She made it a priority to answer all my questions and smoothly set up our move. On the day of the move, we met our movers John and Kayla. Right from the start we were blown away by their positive attitude and efficiency. It was an immediate stress relief to have them in our home and moving our possessions. They treated our belongings with care as if they were their own. They were organized and so friendly, even to our dogs as we tried to keep them out of their way. John and Kayla made our move the absolute BEST move possible. My family and I had the best experience with Two Men and a Truck this past March. On our moving day, we actually had three (3) men - Zac, Derrick, and Allen. They were absolutely phenomenal!
They were prompt, on-time, careful, strategic, friendly, and very personable - especially with my 2 year-old running around. They made our family feel cared for, important, and like our special day mattered!

My family and I had the best experience with Two Men and a Truck this past March. On our moving day, we actually had three (3) men - Zac, Derrick, and Allen. They were absolutely phenomenal!

I have used Two Men And A Truck before without any problems, that is until now.
Two Men showed up smelling of marijuana, which made things very uncomfortable around my young daughter. They proceeded to tell me they did not have ramp on the truck to move my things. They waited in my condo driveway blocking my neighbors from getting out for 3 hours until they were able to get a ramp. When the two men went to get the proper truck with a ramp, I received a call from the manager stating I would receive a discount( that never happened)
The Men took about 3 1/2 Hrs. to load an already packed 2 bedroom condo(that is including their marijuana smoke breaks and dropping my furniture down the staircase) Never the less, it was an all day affair. Upon getting the bill, it was no where near the amount quoted($450)or discounted as promisedby the manager, to the tune of $850!
The office was closed and I just paid it, thinking the management would straighten things out. Oh they straighten things out at all right, management told me the best they were going to do for me is return my $250 deposit and allow"by Florida law $2.78 per pound for a dent in my flat screen TV, and a repair company to come over to repair scratches and broken drawer on my armoire" I hung up the phone because I have had it with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK!!!!!! This is 100% the worst experience I have ever had with any company...period. Broken storage unit door (pictured), footprints from movers all over wooden entertainment cent and dining room table (pictured), dining room table top scratched beyond what you think "professional" movers would even be capable of (pictured).
Contact corporate because the local office doesn't return calls even though John, the operations manager, came to my unit and took the dining room table for repair and stated he "would make this right" and call me in about an hour after speaking with GM and book keeper....John or anyone else for that matter never called back. Nothing has been resolved and no offer of any type of compensation or apology. PLEASE READ AND LOOK AT THESE PICTURES. A lot of reviews you can't take at face value because some people are crazy, but this is proof and I could go on and on about more.
