Overall the move was a good experience but they damaged my beautiful 65” TV. They owned up and took responsibility, but only gave me 50 bucks credit on a tv that was 1400. It’s your insurance, ok… That’s just not even close to being able to replace it, especially on a teacher’s salary. Sure TVs are cheaper now, so I’m not expecting the full amount but someone show me where I can purchase a top of the line 65 flatscreen for 50 bucks… please! The rest of the experience was great so that’s why still 3 stars. They called back and handled it, and the movers were professional and courteous. Read More

I want to thank Solomon,Ray,Cliff and Isiah for an excellent job well done yesterday. Solomon and Isiah set up furniture in all the rooms while Ray gave me boxes into the attic space over the garage so I would not have to climb stairs. Cliff was paitent by asking my wife and I where some of the unlabeled boxes would go. Two men and a truck moved me and broke the legs off my ping pong table and tore one of the arms on a practically new leather office chair. I was not there when they unloaded my belongings because the truck broke down and was 6 hours late arriving at my new address. I had to return to my old address and go to work the next day. It was a week later before I got back to my new address. I immediately noticed the damage and reported it. They said they would get back with me and never did. When I called again they said I had no proof they broke it. I said I didn't sign a release for previous damage like they had me do on scratches and anything else they noticed prior to loading. They then told me I did not file a damage claim within 96 hours and they were not paying it. When I was interviewing movers they sold me that they would replace anything that they damaged and there was no mention of 96 hours. 2 Men and a Truck was the most expensive bid I got but I went with them because of there insurance coverage and previous good experience with another franchisee. I will never use 2 Men and a truck again and will make sure I spread the word on what a joke their insurance coverage is. Read More
