We recently used them to move us roughly 40 miles. David came out to the house, looked over everything we wanted moved and gave us a quote. We communicated with them about how to pack certain items and up to the day of the move we were pleased. On move day, the main driver came in and wanted me to immediately sign paperwork verifying that the move was complete and there were no damages, etc. I refused and initially he seemed like he was going to stop the move. When I read him the statements and told him I'd sign at the end, he finally relented. The two crew members working with him were friendly, efficient, and courteous. However, it was a slightly hostile attitude from the driver. Maybe sullen is a better word. They loaded for about 4 hours and we had several big surprises: 1. They will not move a plant. 2. They will not move any chemical (please note there was no storage involved in our move), this means no household cleaners or plant fertilizer. 3. They did not bag our mattress. 4. Once they filled the truck, they were done. Remember how their rep quoted the move after inspecting the contents of our house??? But they sent us a truck too small. The next day, office staff contacted my husband and was shocked to find out what happened since he was now spending the day loading two large vehicles with the plants and remaining items. They did send a second truck out who loaded some of the remaining items and delivered them. However,I was shocked at what they still left behind......containers with bed linens, empty trash cans, a tv, and pots and pans. None of which violates their "rules". About those "rules", I went over the contract and there's no mention of plants or chemicals. So .... would be great to inform us upfront. For $1,500 I don't feel we got any value for this move. They get two stars for trying the second day and for reimbursing us the cost of a rental van we needed to move remaining items. We will never use them again. Read More

In February, 2018 this company moved my household belongings from storage in Orlando, Florida to Roswell, Georgia. They had also packed and moved my household into the storage facility previously. Everything was handled from start to finish by this company. There was extensive damage to my furnishings, etc., partially due to the packing prior to storage and also due to the mishandling of furniture, etc. The company held back furnishings on this portion of the move that had been severely damaged for repairs in the Orlando area. (These items were not delivered to me until late April.) The moving company rep sent someone to my home to assess the damages. Thereafter, I sent an email to the company summarizing damages and requesting to receive the remaining furniture in order to conclude the move. I was told that the general manager in Orlando, Mark Coffey, would only approve 3 items for repair from the list prepared by their furniture repair consultant. I was also notified that I had only "96 hours after the move" to report damages. The move was not concluded until late April. Even though I had purchased $40,000 in replacement value coverage, I still have not received any type of settlement from this company. In dealing with this General Manager, I felt that he showed a great lack of customer relations skills, a lack of integrity and a lack of honesty. There were many claims made from the company that were not followed through. If I could give this company less than 1 star, I would. I would not recommend dealing with this company due to the actions of Mark Coffey, the General Manager. 7/31/18 In reply to the response from Two Men and a Truck stating that I didn't allow them to assess the furniture prior to the move: the GM wanted me to travel from out of town to meet him at the storage unit at his convenience. I asked if they were going to remove all the furniture from the 4 storage units (packed wall to wall, floor to ceiling) to assess the damage. The reply was no. I asked how they were going to assess the damages by standing at the door to units packed totally full. In response, the reply that I received through their salesperson, David James, was that there was no need for this meeting. In addition, the items in storage were packed and placed into storage by Two Men and a Truck, East Orlando. My furniture was handled from packing at my home to delivery on both legs of this move by your company. As far as your requirement that all damages be reported within 96 hours "after the move" - according to your paperwork - all of my furniture was not delivered until the end of April. That was the point of "after the move". The move is not over until all furniture is delivered. Furthermore, the repairman that YOU SENT OUT delivered to you a full assessment of damages. Your GM, Mark Coffey, replied that he would only allow 3 of those items to be repaired. The repairman told me that he didn't know if he would work with your company because he didn't trust you. Therefore, he never showed up to do any repairs. Also, I paid your company an additional charge to cover $40,000 of replacement value for damages, which your GM denied to follow through with. Your GM started denying the damages as furniture was removed from the storage units. It was clear that furniture had not been packed properly, resulting in damages. I had been told that my furniture would be completely wrapped in plastic, but it was wrapped partially in paper with tape applied directly to the furniture. As a result, there was needless damage. Your GM, Mike Coffey, told me that "everyone's furniture is dinged up; the furniture in my home (Mike Coffey's home) is dinged up like that." He then became very hostile to me. First, We hired this location because the reviews on a whole were more positive than the location closer to us. Since we had a delay of 12 days between closing on our sold house and closing on our new home, it was necessary to store our belongings for the short term. The Two Men and a Truck salesman suggested we hire them to load & unload the Pods we were going to have to utilize. They loaded the two 16' Pods on 7/15. We had three men and they were very quick. Unfortunately, two Pods was not enough. We had to reserve a 10x15 storage unit. The men didn't say anything about loading their truck & taking it to the storage unit that day. The lead guy offered to come back the next day (Sunday) with another guy and a truck to load the remaining household goods & unload into storage unit. This company doesn't work Sundays so we accepted his offer. On the 27th we had three men arrive to unload the storage unit & 2 pods as contracted for. While unloading the second Pod the lead man called me out to show me very obvious damage to our vintage MCM Danish Teak Buffet. It had been stacked on top of a row of uneven cardboard boxes. The legs were not set on an even surface. Then several rows of heavy boxes were stacked on top of the buffet. The lead man filled out a damage report and stated on it that the damage was done because of the way it was loaded and too much weight stacked on it. We called Two Men and a Truck to file a claim. Theo Whylly called my husband and denied liability because the Pods were moved. He stated they only load Pods in situations where the Pods are not moved (i.e. Renovations) and would not have taken the job if they knew the Pods were being removed from the initial premises. This was ridiculous! His salesman is the one that offered this solution to our temporary short term storage problem. The phone call with Theo was not pleasant. His voice was raised and he informed my husband that this wasn't his "first rodeo"! We understand damage can occur while moving the Pods and we took out insurance for that possibility. However, when the damage is blatantly obvious that improper loading is the cause AND the company's own Lead Man puts it in writing on the Damage Report, you would expect their representative, Theo Whylly, to come inspect the Buffet as we requested and accept the responsibility that is rightfully theirs. Looks like we will end up in Small Claims Court. While the 6 men that did the loading/unloading of our household goods were hardworking, I can't say much for the ETHICS and Moral Responsibility of this company. For that reason I wouldn't recommend them to move my garbage to the dump. Read More
