While the movers were professional and did a good job overall they broke my 75 inch flat screen tv during the move. I paid an extra 100$ for insurance and after sending them pictures and the receipt of 750$ from when I bought it in 2021 they told me they would only pay me 150$ back due to depreciation and a 500 dollar deductible. The insurance deductible was not disclosed when I paid for it. Needless to say pretty upsetting Read More

We miss two Items ONE 55" SAMSUM AND AN ACRYLIC BASE to display artwork not to mention the broken dishes and glasses for the kitchen.  They said they had an accident with the TV which was never packaged or protected and they scratched it and it will be replaced the next day, never showed us the TV or a photo or asked us to check the truck. We asked about the acrylic they said they will bring it upstairs, they took the tip, left, and never come back neither with the "scratched TV" nor with the acrylic base" After 8 days of calling without results there is a guy offering us $200 for the two missing items. Booked my move with Julian over the phone. I asked him about the negative reviews directly about him on yelp and he explained what happened and I decided to give him a chance. He was very professional over the phone. Moving day came and three guys showed up with no intent to protect our home or furniture. Furniture, walls, wood floors- all destroyed. I was closing the next day and spoke to Daniel the Operations Manager and he had two guys out to fix the damage that night. Over a week later and I am still waiting for a follow up call from Daniel to see if everything was fixed to it's original form and if I was happy with the repairs. The only reason I didn't kick the movers out of my house was because half the truck was full with boxes and I was closing 12 hours later. If not, it would have been different. Amateur movers.
