We hired them to only unload our truck that came from Boerne to unload our heavy items into our existing coast home that's less than two years old. Upon arrival they were polite but a bit unorganized. We had two very large items that needed to be moved upstairs. Before I knew it my custom sofa had its legs off. All my doors, light fixtures, pictures on my walls and my existing furnishings in my home were being shoved around. My walls were left with huge gashes/holes in them. The paint is shipped everywhere. I take great pride in my home & everything I own. The men seemed to think it was a joke that I was upset and made sarcastic remarks towards me. They did not replace anything they took down. My sofa never made it upstairs. I don't think these men have any idea the logistics that go into moving. They're beyond novice. My husband measured door spaces, hall etc to furniture ratio to help them. He gave them ideas but they insisted on using their own ideas and my home is in complete shambles. I'm completely dissatisfied. I've attached photos of the damage that the carpenter is fixing right now. We now have to hire a specialist as well to move our sofa upstairs.
