TRUSTED MOVING AND STORAGE LLC Moving Stories

The whole story of working with theses guys is way to lo g so I'll break it down to pros and cons. Only pro 1)they gave me a good quote and were confident on the phone.
CONS- 1) unresponsive, the "quality call" Consisted of an email. When I called back to confirm everything they acted like I did the wrong thing. 2) After the "quality call" they forwarded every other call. 3) Didn't recueve confirmation of pickup window until late the night before pickup. (Had to email a complaint just to get that call.) 4) Driver wasn't given my moving list or new address. Had to give it to them when they picked up.
5) Was told it would take 3 days to get my stuff. Was over a week and the driver hung up on me 3 times in approx 4 min. 6) When I did arrive the driver didn't just say what he needed but demanded payment before opening the truck. Then demanded an extra $360 first the 15 steps to get to the apartment insisting it was 35 steps. And if I couldn't pay in cash at that moment the extra he would leave my stuff on the curb.
7) Everything was obviously thrown around and crushed on several places. As well as incredibly dirty. And broken. Read More

I will never use AGAIN. Not only was communication terrible. But my things can back dirty and damaged. And arrived 7 days after the anticipated delivery date asked on my contract. I continuously contacted this broker prior to my delivery I never received a call back or follow up until I posted an HONEST review. They called to tell me that they did not want to talk to me bc I posted a “bad” review. They did not try to fix any of the issues. And they refused to continue a service that I had already paid for. They only sent ONE man to upload my things smh. That poor guy was so tired. But he did a good job and was very informative. I was made aware that the guys that picked up my items didn’t even bother to package or wrap my things even though I was charged for this. I was charged for bulky items that I did not even have. The contract signed had been tampered with, amounts had been changed (increased). They lied about when my car was on the way for delivery. It was an awlful experience. I DO not recommend. Read More
