I am glad to see that you read the reviews that clients take their time to post. You are correct that trash is from what my furniture was wrapped in, however a company that takes pride in their work would have cleaned it up or at least ask for a trash bag to put it all together.
As for the bed frame it wasn't impossible one of my friends and I did it in about 30-40 min, and we are not professionals like how professionals movers should be.
As for payment you are correct I did not pay the $2900 that was the total.
$1025 Deposit
$600 in cash that we were forced to
$1430 on credit card
$3055 Total payments.
According to my calculator that means I paid more than the $2900 by $155 dollars. If your employees didn't get a certain copy to go over with us that is something that is not really on us as the client. The last and final price that was given to us was $2900. That is something that you should be discussing with Omar and the guys that were there to do the move. They need to work on a better line of communication, and learn how to communicate with the people that are paying a bill.
When the guys came back they were just making excuses for why things were not left in a satisfactory condition. And please check out the text message that was sent, is this how you think an employee should speak to a client? I personally think not!!!
To sum it up the job was not completed to satisfaction, and if a job is not complete it should not be paid for. I have learned a valuable lesson from this encounter with your company, and I really hope that you are able to learn from this as well. I wish you the best of luck in your future moving forward just really need to work on organization and communication.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. And please do not believe this guy, Joshua W. Let me tell you about Tower. Eric will call himself your "personal assistant" and talk for 7 straight minutes to control the conversation. He'll then give you a quote that is dramatically less than what you will actually pay, to entice you and secure your deposit. (In my case, $2000 quote for $4000 job. $500 deposit.) If you ask detailed questions about the service, he will skirt around the truth; over the phone, nothing is in writing, so he can say whatever he wants. Then, Tower will subcontract with a local joe-shmo, rag tag group of movers in your area that will show up 30 hours late, just to get you sweating, and put 10 pages of documents in front of you to sign. They don't want to be liable for damage and they hit you with a list of additional fees. On a deadline? Good! They got you just where they want you. You have to move out of your house and they will be your only option, unless you want to scramble to find another company on short notice and lose your deposit to Tower. In my case: I submitted photos of nearly everything I would be moving. Eric quoted around $2,000 with a $500 deposit. The movers showed up with a $4000 quote to move half my things (not enough room on their truck, so I had to rent a Uhaul to move the rest of my stuff across the country). The company that arrived had an F on BBB and hundreds of negative reviews with photos of damaged goods, smashed boxes. A different subcontracted group of movers delivered my things.
