Great Experience! My husband and I were moving in Florida, from Lakeland to Brevard County. Which is a little over 2 hour drive. I went online to read reviews of different moving companies. I saw such wonderful reviews on Google for Teleport Moving, I called and spoke to Caleb. The other companies I called told me they would have to call me back later to give me a quote, some did not even call back until the next day. Not Caleb, he was able to give me a quote on the first call. I told him I will need to speak with my husband before moving forward, Caleb asked if he could follow up with me tomorrow. The next morning Caleb called me back right when the company opened to follow up. Then Johnathan called me the day before just to make sure we were all packed and ready to go for our move the following day. My great experience did not end there. I had the most amazing team of 4 men: David, Chris, Dmitri, Nikolai, (4 men photographed), show up and load 2 full trucks of our stuff to move. They took such wonderful care of my furniture and belongings. These 4 men worked their butts off, I am so appreciative. I went out and got them all lunch to eat, on their long drive over to our new house. I only write reviews when I see a company go above and beyond, everyone at Teleport Moving was a pleasure to work with. Once again I had to move and hire Teleport Moving and Stores, personally I was very scared, because I had previously experienced a very bad experience with another moving company, but I decided to hire this Teleport Moving company, honestly very afraid of the experience horrible before lived. Teleport Moving always answered my calls and always spoke clearly, once the employees arrived I was confident that everything would be fine this time. Very professional and very kind, a thousand thanks to Andri or Andrés I don't remember his name and his co-worker for such an excellent job He never showed tiredness or anger, on the contrary, always with good humor and a smile, with great humility and professionalism. If you value your furniture please look other moving company options! Both crew members grabbed my $1,000 dresser by the legs. The legs were ripped off and the screw holes were stripped. The crew members instructed me to make a claim for reimbursement of the dresser and stated "It's too heavy. This happens all the time." When doing the claim their customer service representative stated that the average cost of a dresser these days is $150 to $300 and are offering a refund of only $150 for my $1k dresser. If you have nice quality furniture consider using other moving company. Update as of 8/15/23 - Teleport came and picked up my dresser for “refurbishment”. After one week the dresser was delivered back but scratched. They sent someone else to my house to “paint it over” The staff informed me that because of the wood pattern it was impossible to cover the scratches with paint and that Jonathan the owner was going to be informed and that he was going to call me back. After 3 days and after not receiving any call the claim department responded to my email that the case is closed and refusing to contact me. If you have valuable furniture I DO NOT recommend this moving company. You will end paying full service with a broken and damage furniture. Worst nightmare! Read More

Teleport Moving and Storage checked all the boxes and met every expectation and beyond. I was impressed with and appreciated the professionalism of Caleb right from the start. Helpful, informative, and not pushy. Once I booked and scheduled my move both Caleb and Jonathan provided excellent follow-up communications and confirmation with me prior to my move day. I could not have been more relaxed. On move day, Silvio and Dmitrii, arrived on time, ready to listen to any and all my concerns and ideas. I went into this with a plan, right down to the layout of my storage unit. Then I sought their opinion from experience. They were outstanding in professionalism, work ethic, communication with each other and kept the process smooth and time efficient. Since I needed my items to stay wrapped, I had pre-purchased many furniture blankets and already had several large quilted blankets. I also purchased plenty rolls of tape. They carefully wrapped each piece and topped off with plenty of shrink wrap to keep everything in place. There was no doubt that Silvio, the lead, is a pro at his profession. We recently used Teleport Moving to move our 2-story 4-bedroom home into a 1-story 3-bedroom home about 15 minutes away. I received quotes from 10 different companies, compared ratings and prices, etc. as this was our first time using movers and didn’t have many local recommendations. I was impressed from the beginning with how helpful Caleb, Jonathan, and (one more guy I forgot his name) were over the phone, without them being pushy. On the day of, I had everything packed and ready to go. Eli, Jared, and Michael showed up around 8:30AM, got a little tour of the place, and got right to work. They packed everything up in three hours and unpacked it even quicker! 5.5 hours, 3 guys, and 1 truck. I’m not sure they even took a break! They were drenched in sweat but kept smiles on their faces and didn’t complain a bit. They even helped rearrange a few bookcases after I realized where I had originally told them wouldn’t work. Not only were they fast, efficient, and took care of our things (plenty of blankets and shrink wrap used!), this move also didn’t break the bank! Several of the other “big-name” companies quoted me THOUSANDS more than it ended up costing me. Thomas and Trent saved this woman from so much stress! I can’t shout their names enough!! Thomas and Trent!! Such great helpers! What a blessing those two are!!! I’m so so grateful for how kind, energetic, and personable these two were. I’ve never used movers before because I’ve heard terrible review of using movers in general / how oftentimes items will be broken and as a young. single woman, I was nervous inviting strangers into my home (esply during the pandemic). But I can assure you: this WAS NOT the case with Teleport Moving. They’re a small business based out of altamonte. And though they’re a bit more expensive than others, IT IS WORTH IT. They hire exceptional individuals who truly care to do things right. Teleport Movers and Thomas + Trent were AMAZING!!! 16/10 would recommend. They (Thomas and Trent) took such great care of my items, helped me get them safely to their destination and kept reassuring me that I didn’t need to lift a finger. They took such great care of me. I typically move with the help of my father, but when I learned he was going to be away for work and would need to find assistance elsewhere for my move, Teleport Moving came to the rescue. I was first greeted over the phone with a kind man (Craig + Jonathon) who recognized my family for my dad’s military service with a 5% discount and after talking about his service, upped his offer to 10% off. in the long run, I ended up spending more than anticipated (*my fault*) because I had been too busy to pack as much as I had wanted leading up to moving day, but Thomas and Trent understood and gladly hopped in and saved me!!! They were speedy, efficient, kind, caring, asked for specific instructions for each item to ensure everything was well packed. They packed my valuables with CARE. Wrapped everything so well and even took every good care with my technology items (flat screen tvs, smart home devices, computers, digital sewing/embroidery machine and more). They were SUCH BLESSINGS. I truly wouldn’t have been able to conquer this move alone. The people at Teleport Moving and Storage were wonderful to work with. Our home closing encountered several last minute glitches, and they reacted by calmly and rescheduling while offering us interim storage options. VERY appreciated! Then on the moving day(s)... the young men they sent to pack us up were uniformly polite, cheerful, helpful and FAST. I was incredibly impressed with the speed and organizational abilities. Special shout out to Jamaica, Anthony, and Benjamin who did most of our packing whilst simultaneously dealing with a tired client who was stressed out by a difficult move. Thanks guys! You totally ROCK! And thanks to Lance who helped Jamaica and Anthony move us into our home the next day as well. Over all? we had a good experience. I would use Teleport Moving and Storage again, and can recommend that the client and movers do one final walk thru the house, looking into every cupboard and closet before the truck doors close. (We found a few, but the guys came back in, packed up the stuff and added it to the truck without complaint... even though they were surely tired and anxious to get home after a hard days work.
