If you’re delivering here in semi truck don’t bother to come here early morning because I did. I came at 7:40 waited for 2 hours when I asked they said nobody asked me to come in early, after waiting 3:20 they start unloading to put cherry on top they blocked the exit forcing you to exit from tiny dirt road if you’re not careful you end up in the ditch so good luck delivering here. If you like your possessions (and when paying good money for a move one typically does) then do not use this company.
I hired Suncoast for a full service move from FL to NY in 3/21.
The delivery was delayed twice and I later found out that during that period my belongings were unloaded into a warehouse.
Upon arrival at my house in NY I saw that none of the mattresses had been wrapped or covered, none of the bed frames had been wrapped or covered and they all arrived extremely dirty covered in sud.
Several furniture pieces were damaged (cabinet drawers had never been emptied putting too much load on the slide-out mechanisms), shelves had been damaged literally from brute force (punctures or in case of my large, custom made TV shelf from Germany, brute force by stacking multiple heavy boxes/items on it.
Several pieces never arrived like my trailer hitch, my water fountain (which they actually admitted that it was left in their warehouse, however 18 months later I still have not received it) and some electronic items (3 sonos speakers, an Apple Airport Extreme, remote controls), Original Hong Kong Chinese porcelain pieces were damaged because they were simply not wrapped properly, an art piece had been "thrown" into the TV box together with a transformer and by pure luck "only" the art piece got damaged
Their claim offer was pathetic. Denial of several pieces and the couple of pieces they actually did offer reimbursement was a fraction of the value. Although I had Full Replacement Value Protection. Not sure how this fits together.
Water fountain has still not been delivered after 18 months, despite their admission for having it in their storage. Guess I need to file a theft charge.... Read More

I used them for my move from FL to NY in 2021 and I oh so regret it. Even after 17 months my claim is not settled, they still have my ceramic water fountain in their warehouse in Florida (which they admitted themselves while at the same time saying every single item arrived here). None of my mattresses was wrapped, boxes or otherwise protected so they arrived here dirty and disgusting. Same with the bed frames. The chest drawers had never been emptied and all the drawers got distorted from the weight in them while being moved. Items were stuffed into the clothes boxes wrinkling all of the clothes so they had all to be washed or dry cleaned. A custom made shelf from Germany arrived broken by the brute force of weight, not only had they not wrapped it but they had put so many heavy boxes and items on top that it broke in half. Two other shelves have punctures in them. All of these damages are not accidental, they are from pure neglect, disregard and brute force, which a local cabinet maker attested to. Several items are missing. They claim everything arrived but no one checked the boxes/items off the list as they were being offloaded. Plus they admitted that they have my water fountain in their warehouse so they are contradicting themselves.
The big screen tv had been appropriately placed into a big tv box - and then the movers put clunky metal items in it too without any protection whatsoever making it a miracle that the tv didn’t get damaged. It’s pathetic, no joke.
The reason I had hired them was that Frank is German and I’m from Germany and thought he’d maintained the good German qualities of reliability and integrity. Big fat mistake.
