Totally clutch. When a major freight carrier totally messed up a crucial shipment and delivered the wrong freight to 2 South Florida addresses AND the customers had destroyed the pallets- Kris and Special Deliveries came to the rescue.
They picked up the fragile items at one location, handled them with care and delivered them intact to the other location- and all within 48 hours of notice!
Kris also gave us some very solid suggestions on how to better palletize our shipments to guard against damage on long haul shipments.
Would highly recommend them to anyone for moves large, small, medium AND when you need a clutch one time delivery!

Terrible experience. Damaged furniture with no feasible solution offered by the company. Before the move the owner, Kris, came and gave an estimate. We negotiated a price with a maximum cap. After the move, we later discovered he damaged my furniture he blamed it on an elusive conversation that he had with my husband that we somehow traded a lower price for their professional work. (which we would never do.) After the move, the walls were all dinged up and multiple items of furniture were scuffed up and gouged. Their solution was to tell me that a repair person *may* repair it, with no actual defined price that it would cost me out of pocket or a time-frame that the furniture would be returned to me. When I called to inquire multiple times I received no call back and an email saying sorry they are done with me. And wiped their hands clean. Meanwhile, I paid a lot of money for their grossly negligent and careless services and I'm left with damaged furniture and walls.
Their response to us that we traded off speed for quality of service makes no sense. Why would we trade off speed of the move when we had a price cap? For them to start making up lies about a waiver is untrue and self-righteous. The fact that they offered for me to leave my furniture with a repair person for weeks or months without telling me if they would fully cover the cost truly is unacceptable. And their lack of accountability is as well. They are done with us, wouldn't return a call asking for clarification, and we are left with major damage on many expensive and sentimental pieces.
