I beg anyone considering using this company to back away and pick literally anybody else. They packed up my mother's belongings and then let them sit for almost a month lord knows where. She sat with no furniture or belongings in her new home for a MONTH while they repeatedly lied to her about when her items left/were leaving. Her items arrived broken, legs snapped off furniture, glass shattered, irreplaceable family china THAT THEY PACKED shattered, heat damage from her items sitting for so long, etc. They also couldn't figure out how to process her payment. We are trying to pay them the full amount less the discounts they gave her for arriving so late. But they're actually FIGHTING us on payment because they want us to pay them in full so they can then cut two separate checks to PAY HER BACK for the discounts. And we're not even trying to deduct any of the costs of the broken items. We agreed to go through their claims process. They are unprofessional, sloppy liars who do not serve your business or money. And I plan on letting the entire internet know so nobody has to go through what they put my mom through. Read More

Moving my parents from Fla to a retirement home in MD, the estimate was way low, the packing took an extra day because of it and an antique statue was broken. Worse than that, the packer tried to hide it and wrote 'broken when packed' on the container. Long story short I left the statue with Sorenson but with my father's passing I forgot about the form. Time for claims expired and I asked them to mail the statue to me - it came today, broken in even move pieces. After posting this review I got a call from them asking if I had found an estimate to repair my figurine. I emailed it to them and got a check two weeks later.
