I recently reached out to Junior with Smooth Move Express to utilize his services again, for the third time. My previous experience with his services have been phenomenal. However, I am highly disappointed in Junior and the level of unprofessionalism he has shown this time around. If you don’t want to offer discounted prices, then don’t sign up for things like Groupon. He refused to do my move after being informed that I would be using a Groupon. While I have paid him full price for past services, I needed to be economical this time around being that I just utilized his services in February 2023. This encounter has left a bad impression and therefore I no longer recommend. Read More
