Starting time was around 12 noon on Sat Feb 29th - the mover showed up at 4:50pm - we were moving my 90 year old mom into independent living - the movers finished at 12:45am. It was a long very long day for my mom. Items not fully replaced or broken: 1-cocktail Table small leg broken - company did not follow up with us 2-dining room table was put together and there are three pieces that the novers could not replace to table - they did not know how. i want these items to be fixed or some typ of compensation offered to fix them. March 2nd called to speak with Manager or Owner and he was not in - Nicolas T - the girl Kathy who works there would not give me his last name. Waiting to hear from him. I choose this company becasue of Angie's List and I would not recommend S&E to anyone. I am waiting for follow up from S&E Read More

The day of the move they sent two guys that came and they didn’t even move everything, they told me that I had more stuff than I told them, they left stuff behind and I had to pay for a separate Storage facility as well as they charged me twice as much as the original estimate. My stuff was taken to a “secured location”, that you’re not allowed to go and held there in storage for two week then delivered and unload to my new address. The movers Anthony and his crew were very disrespectful cursing different types of profanity and talking about the fact that they’re tired and I have a lot of stuff that they have to unload as if I was not paying, if I wasn’t stern they would try to over charge me again so I would end up paying over twice as much for my move. Stuff were missing and stuff were damaged as can see from the photos they also damaged the tile and staircase at my old move out address. Terrible experience and very unprofessional service, now I process the claim for the damages to my furniture which took over a month for them to finalize the claim and reward me $147 for all my stuff that was damaged and in the Final release statement for the claim they want me to not make any statements about them that is defaming or ridiculing, I am not defaming you I am being honest and truthful about my experience and I want other people to not make the same mistake so you can also keep the $147 because I’ve lost way more in this move at your expense.
