The only reason I'm giving one star is because our sales rep tried to help with our claim. We used Road Runner on two separate moves...part of our house went into storage while the remaining items went to a temporary apartment. When we finally moved into our new house, we moved the items out of storage and our apartment into our new house. Since our house had not completed all the renovations, we kept many items still boxed up until our house was fully renovated. Upon opening boxes, we notice our 6 month old 65" inch TV was cracked (pictured) as well as a missing mirror top for a coffee table and a broken hurricane lamp. We made a claim and were told (1) since Road Runner did not unpack the items themselves, the claim was denied, and (2) since it had been more than 90 days since the move the claim was denied. So, if you plan on using road runner in the future, you will have to pay for them to unpack all your items themselves and sign off to that effect in order for a claim to be considered. These guys were recommended to me somehow, so I never checked their rating...I should have. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys. Read More

These are the guys you want for your move! We were so impressed with how fast, efficient, and professional Brook and his crew were during our move. There were quite a few items needing to be wrapped by them prior to loading the truck and they did a phenomenal job ensuring these items made it safely to our destination. Throughout our move, the team communicated extremely well with us. They were very detailed and thorough. We were notified of the location and placement of any loose items/hardware which was very helpful once we began to unload at our destination. The entire time I was able to rest easy knowing that all of our possessions were in good hands. Without them, we almost certainly would not have fit everything into our Uhaul. They did not waste any space in the truck and I was so blown away with how they made it all fit. You can see in the picture how those first few items filled up the entire space. They are truly worth their weight in gold and I cannot recommend them enough! Read More

They quote one price, then once they have your stuff they demand more money and hold your stuff ransom unless you pay cash. Super dodgy - stay away.
Zero chance of this being incorrect because I have the invoice for the price quoted and I picked up the stuff myself in a UHAUL from this location when the demanded more money than initially quoted. Why would I take the time to fabricate this if I wasn't upset with THIS place?
