These guys delivered and "installed" a GE replacement downdraft vent to my home that was being replaced by my home warranty service. I showed them the vent that needed replacement and all they said was "wrong vent". Both men were speaking in Spanish and were messing around with my old vent. So, I explained to them how the vent goes up and down, and one of the guys said "okay we'll look at the box." I asked both men if they were installing the vent and they said "no, just dropping off." I went back to work (I WFH) and my husband sat in the living room to do his work so he can direct them where to set it. Next thing I heard, they were dismantling everything, took my pots and pans out of the cupboard, and took out the new vent from the box. I looked out of my office and I thought to myself, "okay, I guess they are installing. They must've not understood what I asked earlier."
They proceeded to install while I went back to work. An hour or so later, I heard them leaving the house while my husband walked them out. I looked at the finished "work" and to my horror, the vent was not flush against the counter, rather sticking out, and the vent would not raise up or go down by pushing the button, which was the original problem with our old vent. I called out to my husband and showed him the botched work of the installers. My husband ran after them outside as we could hear their truck leaving, and told them about the issue. He came back in and said "the guys said we have to call GE because it's a defective part they were given."
I was seething at the time. Not only was the installation totally botched, I was left again with another broken piece of appliance that was not working, but they also left a HUGE mess in my kitchen: nuts, bolts, used tape, pieces of cardboard, pots and pans scattered all over the floor, and mud from their shoes coming in and out of the house over my cream floor runner, and hard wood floor. Mind you we have a puppy running around in our house, and thank goodness she is trained not to eat anything off the floor.
Regardless, I am now left having to deal with my home warranty and waiting a week for GE to send a tech to see what's wrong with the vent. If I could give these guys negative stars I would. I would echo others' suggestions and stay away from this company as far as possible; make sure they aren't the ones delivering your home products. Read More

Delivery at 10 am. The guy tells me I have to remove the doors to my old fridge after I paid to have it moved he then measures my doors and says his manager Brian in Albany will not allow them to assist me. Drops off appliance and leaves tell me call back when doors are removed. I called back she said she is sending them back out. 11 Am. I call at 12:30 I call at 2 and finally get on Facebook. Then she has the district manager Joe call me. It is now 4:30 They resolved it Joe (I believe from Medford and coast) had his crew come out. very nice very professional. He apologized and said he would make it right as they are supposed to remove the doors. He made sure my delivery went as it should have the first time when the other crew didn’t do their jobs.
