This service was excellent. Leonardo and his assistant were very responsive with regard to scheduling. Thankfully, the price was affordable and fair. Best part is my vintage huge heavy solid oak furniture was carefully moved without chaos or damage. My husband and I definitely whole heartedly recommend Prime Residential Movers. I have moved multiple times in my 30 year career from California to Virginia to Texas an 2 times in Florida. I have to say that I had one of the most outstanding experiences with this company. This is largely due to the team that moved me from Lutz to Leesburg.
Kay, Leo an Jay were simply outstanding. After one walk through of my Tri-level Townhouse. They were off to the races. They quickly loaded over 40 boxes an broke down 2 bedroom sets, Living Room, Patio furniture and Dining room in approximately 3 hours.
It was an effortless move for me. I simply sit back an watch this amazing group of young men who were exceedingly friendly just quickly load my furniture an belongings. When they arrived at my new home in Leesburg they ask me about where I wanted each box put an quickly an seamlessly setup my office an 2 bedroom exactly like I wanted an their patience with me when I wanted some things changed around was just awesome with rearranging an setting up my new household. If I could I would of hired them to unpack all my boxes because it was fun chatting with each of them while they work.
DEFINITELY WORTH EVERY PENNY I SPENT for there services.
I hope I don't have to move again. But if I did THIS IS THE ONLY COMPANY I would choose an ask for these 3 outstanding gentlemen to execute the move.

These guys went above and beyond. Shoutout to Leo, Marvin and Mr. Jones. Our first time moving, and we've only heard horror stories, but these guys were anything but.
On time, communicative, professional, EFFICIENT and friendly. All qualities that you want in a moving company, especially during a very stressful time.
And on top of that, they folded my moving blankets, which wasn't even asked for, but they did without my knowledge. Talk about a pleasant surprise. When we move, we will be using them again.
