We were so impressed with our crew from Pink Transfer for our local move. They were polite, accommodating, efficient, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Two things that really stood out: one gentleman on the crew found some valuable jewelry of mine that had fallen out of a cabinet, and promptly found my husband to give it to him. And the crew very carefully wrapped a corner cabinet that was handmade by my grandfather. When they unwrapped it at my new address, we discovered two thin glass champagne flutes inside that had made the trip unscathed. We were very pleased with their service from start to finish. We moved last Monday and it was a delightful experience with Ernie, the team captain, and his wonderful teammates, Chris M. and Paul. Ernie was very personable and professional. He exercised good leadership. The team was later joined by Ralph and Jose to move our medium grand piano to the storage. They were careful and efficient in handling the instrument. The entire team at Pink are amazing.  The family takes great pride in their customer care and it shows.  From the owner to the moves every has been professional, friendly and provided "white glove" services. I called Pink Transfer to move eight separate transfers from my late bosses estate.  There were hundreds of items going from Los Angeles to the North East. Riley Pink sat down with me at the house and went over every detail: recipient, items and the best most reliable way to pack everything. The estimate was clear and practical.  I took me several weeks to coordinate the recipients and sort each allocation.  Nevertheless,  when the time came to move Pink took action and got everything packed and loaded quickly. The moving/packing crew were friendly and very respectful of the things they were packing and moving.  They took great care to protect larger furniture with padding and moving as well as delicate attention to small breakables. These guys really know l what they are doing!  There is a lead mover that keeps everything organized through out the pick up. Riley Pink kept me informed of the transfer.  When each drop off would occur and the driver contacted each of the recipients prior to arrival. Disappointed. Pink charged us over $3700 to move us from Oxnard Beach to Carlsbad. After unloading and after the movers were long gone, we found scratches in the finishes of our bedroom set and damage on a leather chair.  Yes, we purchased insurance from them, but it comes with a large deductible. After paying $3700, we don't think it worth paying more money.  Contacted Pink and they said someone would call us back. No one has. I'm not sure why my damaged items weren't wrapped to prevent this type of problem. Not a good experience. 1/15/19. Receiving your canned response to my issues two plus years after my complaint, speaks volumes about your interest in providing decent customer service. Read More

We contracted Pink for a move from Echo Park to Alhambra in 2014. I neglected to leave a negative review at the time, but seeing that someone else had a similar experience has led me to reconsider. The two man crew dropped an antique banker's desk on the stairs, destroying it, gouged the sides of an art deco cabinet with a hand truck after neglecting to use a blanket to protect it and knocked the moulding off a 19th. century French cabinet. I called Pink to process an insurance claim to cover the damage. One of the owners convinced me to let him try and repair the damage himself. I agreed to give him a shot, but he failed to call back and schedule an appointment. I made three follow up calls and was told each time that he was out of the office and would get back to us.
