Had to move some stuff to storage and these guys came highly recommended by a friend, so I called and booked because they were accommodating and did seem really nice. The movers that came were kind and professional, did it in no time and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by how things worked out, given the fact it was a last minute reservation! They even agreed to leave their blankets on my stuff because I intend to use them to move me out of the storage sometime in December... Thanks OM, see ya soon! Read More

This company is amazing!! I called on Monday and needed to move out my stuff by Wednesday. I couldn’t believe when they told me they were able to accommodate my request. They wrapped everything up and Handled my furniture with care. They are very hard working, polite and fast. I would always recommend them to my family, Friends and clients. I hired this company two months ago and I am extremely disappointed with the less-than-unsatisfactory service that I was provided. It seems incredible to me that a Moving company handles their customers values with such disregard.
There were a number of objects that were broken or damaged during my moving from Miami, FL to Los Angeles, CA. However, the most valuable one is my dining table, which suffered irreparable damages such as a complete perforation of the wood top along with deep scratches on the wood and metallic areas.
Before the moving, my table was in pristine condition, and now it is damaged and useless. They refused to provide me with the full price reimbursement of the table because I did not pay for a liability insurance which was very expensive.
According to this company, under the ‘liability level’ that I choose any damaged or destroyed object during moving would be reimbursed based on the weight of the individual damaged article multiplied by 60 cents per pound. For example, the settlement for my table that cost $800 and weighs 120 pounds would be $72.
Definitely this company has licensed to destroy your belongings if you don’t take the insurance that they offer. I will never hire them again. Read More
