They impressed me from the reservation all the way to the end of the job. Miguel Prerechu and Karin Pereyra are the movers helped us move. They arrived on time and examined the room first to understand what are the moving stuff then prepare the all the moving materials. During the process, they are very careful, professional, nice and friendly. Most importantly they are so efficient! We bought them pizza and drinks beside tip because of the excellent service both provided. I think every family when they move should provide some kind of food because moving is not an easy job. The whole company gave us a peace of mind when we do this moving and we get it done less than 5 hours whereas could be 2 days if we do it ourself. They are also very professional in terms of contact, insurance, communication. I have recommended them to my company and thank you Ontrack team. Other area that made us even happy: we moved from SF to east bay and we had experience that driver detoured to the destination and overcharged. This did not happen with Ontrack. Both the house we moved out of and the house we moved into suffered a few corner casualties. Rather than letting us know it happened, they simple covered them with packing tape and didn't say a word. It was only after the dust settled that we found the damages. Thinking back and watching them move stuff, they could have spent more time disassembling large items and taking the time to do it right rather than trying to rush. Multiple times I had to let them know that the object wasn't going to fit through the doorways. We used Ontrack Moving in October 2020 to move from San Francisco to Santa Barbara. Our experience with Ontrack could not have been better. They were more expensive than another company who gave us a quote, but we decided to go with Ontrack due to their professionalism and expertise. We moved during COVID and every person we worked with was extremely professional and followed safety protocol (masks, sanitizer, distancing). The movers were fast but thorough. They packed everything with extreme care and we did not have a single item break or go missing. They locked the truck with a special band that they had us inspect when locking and unlocking to ensure nothing had been touched after it was packed. The total move took 3 days (Day 1 to pack, Day 2 to load the truck and drive, and Day 3 to unpack and set up our furniture). They also include a haul away service for items up to a certain weight limit. I cannot say enough good things about our moving crew. I had the best experience with this company today. I was very nervous about my move during COVID and these guys were just fabulous. They took every precaution and on top of that they were the most skilled, hardworking, and efficient movers I have ever used. They were friendly, and wrapped everything so well including my precious vintage furniture. (See photo of impressive couch wrapping that they then finagled the corner of my Victorian crazy staircase with ease). They even wrapped the underside of the furniture. They called before arriving, and the company was quick to answer my calls every single time before the move. They checked in with the dispatcher to give me updated estimated arrival during the arrival window and I really felt that they took customer service seriously even after the move was booked! The pricing was fair and transparent and the movers really hustled for the final stretch to fit my move into the 3 hour time frame which was much appreciated! I just had a move with Ontrack from San Francisco to Oregon, and it went better than I could have imagined. I was nervous about moving out of a really tricky location with stairs and a steep driveway, and I have some heavy furniture and some fragile glass items and even a motorcycle. Jerome, Justin, Robin, Javier, and Diego handled everything with care and skill. They were so courteous and set everything up in our new apartment. And as advertised there were no hidden fees. They were on time for both pickup and drop off, with courtesy calls before arrival. Even the consultation with Alex was very easy.
