I hired NorthStar moving company for a short distance move (6 miles) on August 7th. The team offered to do the move a day early but I kept my scheduled time. They arrived within the window and notified me when they were on their way. The team was professional and friendly, however my property was damaged during my move. I kept basic coverage because of the short distance and lack of valuables. They scuffed the wood floors and took a chunk out of a bedroom wall when brining my furniture in, and chipped the corner of my dresser drawer. When I showed Johan he said the best he could do was give me $25 off because I didnt pay for additional coverage, however it was recklessness and rushing that caused the damage.
