I had an amazing experience with On Time!
I found myself in a bit of a pickle earlier this year.. On Time came to my rescue. They went into my home for me, packed up what needed packing, moved everything into a storage unit, and even drove my car into their storage facility to keep safe for me.
I am so deeply thankful for their help during a tough time.
To my surprise, upon pickup, not only were they very friendly and kind, but everything was pulled up front ready for my pickup. They had movers to load everything into my trailer, and everything was packed so beautifully!!
Everything they moved had been wrapped in thick moving blankets with tape around them. As I’m unpacking I’m noticing a small sticker with my specific info on each item - ensuring I received all of my things. Very very impressed with their attention to detail.
I would highly recommend On Time for moving and/or storage, as I had a great experience with both services.

They won't pay for materials they break. I spent days on the phone communicating that I had a computer and some boxes that I needed moved. Probably the smallest move ever, but kept stating that the one thing I wanted to ensure was safe was my computer. I was assured that they would pack it carefully, and that it would be safe. When they packed it, they used random boxes that were laying around, my house, and some paper that they stuffed in it. The box wasn't labeled "fragile" in any way, and was very poorly packed up. Upon receiving the boxes, they were all crushed. All of my belongings were scuffed up and scraped, and my PC was broken. I was very civil and only wanted them to replace the part in the pc that was broken, and they refused. After a week and a half of calling and trying to get them to address the issue. They offered me a fraction of the cost of the piece they broke. Dont use this company. Although the staff in the office seem nice, the movers really don't care about your things, and the owners have no care for how their employees treat your items. Read More

Hired this company to move my mom and dad from Florida to Missouri. My husband and I are prior military so we know how the moving process is suppose to be, THIS WAS NOT IT!! The workers were very unprofessional. They walked around with their shirts off and using a lot of profanity. All of my mothers prescription pain medication was stolen. As well as her wedding rings and other various jewelry. We filed a police report but I am sure we will never recover any of the items. On the receiving end we noticed that my dad's antique wooden post hole diggers are not here. As we have been opening boxes we are finding that items from all different rooms were placed in one box. So we are having a very hard time finding specific items such as, remotes, cables, wires and accessories to electronic equipment. Several boxes had only one or two items in them and lots of paper, which appears to have been packed that way to claim more boxes than necessary were used. The company took $2000 off the quote for stolen medication and jewelry which obviously doesn't cover the cost of stolen items.
Don't use this company if you value your valuables. Read More

Moved from Florida to PA in Sept 2020. Trad was very professional and informative when he gave me my estimate. On the day of the move I added a few items but also removed a few and this did not change the price nor cause any problem. The truck arrived a day earlier then estimated. Pick up was on a Monday and furniture was delivered on Saturday (5 days). On both ends the movers worked non-stop to both load and unload. The only tiny tiny issue was that a few boxes were slightly crushed and during the unload the movers forgot to test the TV. But in the end nothing was broken. Buyer beware! I packed my own items, marked them clearly, and the movers came in and stuffed my "Fragile items" into big boxes, the most Fragile of course on the bottom. I was complaining, they told me they would guarantee nothing would be broken, that there were just too many little boxes for them to carry. No guarantee! What a mess, I am still finding broken stuff. And their name should be "show up when ever they want.. not On Time" They were 3.5 hours late arriving to our home, I kept calling to see where our stuff was. We had other appointments to be to that day, everything had to be cancelled because nobody would call me back. The excuse was they didn't have my phone # correctly. It was plainly printed on the order. AND here is the best one!!! The driver, Ricky was sick as a dog when he showed up, in the middle of COVID-19. No masks for either of the two drivers. My husband has COPD, and we both have RA. The driver spent almost 3/4 of an hour in MY bathroom, his excuse "bad fries" for breakfast. But, he charged me for two hours of work @ $100 per hour. My husband and I ended up having to help get stuff moved off truck because it was pouring down rain and we didn't want our stuff soaking wet.
I had to totally sterilize our home when they left. And quarantine ourselves from my family for a week. I called the company and was told the owner would call on Monday and speak with me. Nobody ever called. I am still opening boxes with broken items. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL TRICK YOU. A really nice lady will talk to you. Then all hell will break loose. As I said... Buyer beware! I even was asked to make tea for the sick Ricky so he could drive home... That is after he charged me for his two hours time, one hour of it in my bathroom. Really!!!!! Read More

I hired On Time Moving and Storage to move items from my deceased fathers home in Florida to my home in Colorado. I was told in writing at the time of booking that I did not need extra insurance because all items being moved were insured for full replacement value, minus a $300 deductible. At the time of packing, a large valuable and fragile amethyst geode was pointed out to the packers and told that it needed to be packed separately. When the items were delivered, the amethyst geode was found at the bottom of a wardrobe box, under kitchen items, a toaster oven, and a small TV. One large piece was broken off the top of the geode, and the body of the geode now has a large crack in it. We filled out the proper claim forms, including a picture of a similar geode from the same store ours was purchased at, showing the value to be $2,590. On time moving and storage is now saying that our items were only insured at $6/lb. They have offered to replace our $2,500 museum grade geode with a poor quality geode from etsy.com for $200. We have tried for 10 months to work out a fair settlement, with no success. Their last email said “Just because you paid a certain amount for something doesn’t mean it is worth that”. Read More

COMPLETE BAIT & SWITCH ON TIME OF DELIVERY As an announcer for WWE, I travel often for work, and don't have much time at home. For this reason, I required a small delivery window of 2-3 days. I was given a few options as seen QUOTED from their email (as seen below). "We could do a drop August 22nd to 23rd for about $2400.00. I hope that makes sense. The estimate attached shows the flat rate cost 2 ways. 1st - with a 10 day delivery window at $2150.00 2nd -with a 5 Day delivery window at $2300.00" My original choice was the 22nd-23rd for the $2400. However, their representative told me that if I chose the 5 Day Window, that I could save myself $100 because they would still be able to get it there in the shorter amount of time. However, I just received a voicemail from Chris (and made a subsequent follow up call) and was told that it would be the 25th or 26th (the tail end of that 5-Day window). I explained the situation, as well as my work schedule and that I wouldn't even be home on the 26th. I also detailed the conversation I had with Leda, the person who set up my move and even offered to forward him the email with the quotes (as seen above), but he wanted no part of it. Rather than show any sort of empathy or try to make good in one form or another, I was told (and I quote) "Well sir, we are still getting you your stuff in the delivery window that you chose, so I don't know what to tell you...". No interest in seeing the quotes, no interest in helping, and zero accountability. Their only interest is covering their @$$ on technicalities. Indeed, I did choose that window because I TRUSTED your COMPANY'S WORD! What a catastrophic mistake that was. I would have HAPPILY paid the extra $100 for the 22nd-23rd delivery if I knew what their true business practices were. On top of everything else, I paid a higher price to go with them rather than another company because of their "self-proclaimed" great customer service.
