The team lead by Derrick was very friendly and worked efficiently and with care for our furnishings. They put in excellent effort to get the job done within the alloted time. We had one piece of furniture damaged during the move. Derrick took pictures and reported it immediately to his supervisor. We will update this review once the estimator for repair contacts us and we resolve the damaged item. Read More
I would give 10 stars if I could. From the start of our move from Sarasota to the end at Virginia, I couldn’t be happier. Frank was so kind and helpful all along the way. The 7 men who loaded our truck in Sarasota were so conscientious! They treated everything like it was their own. Richie was extraordinary. He ran the show on the Virginia end and really took care of everything. My piano was treated with the care that I truly appreciated. Thank you C & F Movers…you are awesome! Read More
We used Southern Cross Moving to unload 3 containers in October. Overall, the unloading went well. While moving a credenza with a glass door to the mezzanine, the mover broke the glass. They took pictures and called the back office to file the claim. They said someone would get in touch with me to get the glass replaced. After 4 weeks, I called back. They indicated they are working it and someone will get back to me. No one called me back. I’ve called 3 times and each time, same story. I’m tired of waiting for them to do the right thing. Don’t recommend them. They don’t stand by their word or fix what they messed up. Read More
