We used MM to move last August, they did a good job and the guys were nice so I decided to enlist their help to move my mother out of a home we owned. The hone is a historic home and the movers broke our steps, did not say anything to my mother. Then they took the furniture to my moms new home and just piled everything in the garage. I went over to help her get something and the computer was broken. When I called to file a claim, I was told it would come out of the guys pay, get a quote and send to them. I did this and it was just $100 but they wanted us to pay to have it fixed before they would reimburse. I decided since we were selling the home to fill it in and be done but wanted to make sure everyone looking for a moving company knew that this is not the one to hire.
