**Response to post: the name this unfortunate reservation is under is Rachel B.-as Ray Ray is a nickname** NOT recommended at all. I saw mixed reviews and knew it would be a crap shoot. Well I certainly got crap! They broke furniture, and damaged items. Boxes and bags came back beat up, I'm glad I moved most of my breakables myself because those would've been broken also. The foreman was rude, impatient and gave me an attitude at every turn. He demanded a garbage bag for their garbage and acted like, "I worked for him". He was unbelievable. His accent was very thick and when I asked him to repeat questions because he spoke very fast I still couldn't understand him and had to repeat what it was I thought he was saying, it was horrible. Moving is stressful and then you get people like this in your home who obviously don't care at all. They scratched up all my walls, I'm going to have to repaint them. They complained when they saw the steps-which was clearly on the estimate. When I called in that day to let the office know what was happening I was told I have to pay the full price and put in a claim for the furniture. I was rushed off the phone and was cut off and told to have them call their manager. My response was you need to call them and straighten it out. The furniture and boxes were thrown haphazardly I had to keep asking them to pay attention to detail. It was just a total nightmare & they charged me the full price they quoted me even though I had less items, and they couldn't explain why. Terrible! I didn't even want to tip them at all that's how bad it was, I never don't tip so I gave them 5%. I have to call back to "try" to put this claim in and I honestly don't think I will be reimbursed and it will just be more nonsense and stress and terrible service.
