Disappointed with my service. The crew was punctual and mostly professional and the staff on the phone was wonderful, however, the moving crew threw my stuff around and almost every piece of furniture was scratched or scuffed. No padding was used in the truck between furniture. They threw my uncovered mattress off my balcony and thankfully, I had my own mattress topper still on it or else the actual mattress would have gotten damaged and dirty. My bed was also disassembled and put back together wrong. The worst part was my couch was almost fully saturated in their sweat by the end of the move to the point where almost every cushion was wet. I was emailed almost immediately by the owner requesting pictures but I still have not received any type of communication back from the company. I respect their hard work, moving things during the Florida summer isn’t easy, but the quality of work was not what I expected especially after reading the other reviews. Read More

it is very unfortunate that I have to write this poor review considering the movers did a very decent job. BUT, upon completing the move, the movers made me aware they had damaged a canvas painting of mine that cost me around 5-600$. they said no problem and just file a claim. We did that, and after weeks, we received a check for 3$ from them. Yes, 3$. So be very careful using this company for your move if you value your belongings. I was offered no insurance or anything like that, yet to be told they pay 60 cents per pound of damaged goods. They should be embarrassed of themselves for ripping off a customer that would've left them a great review. smh. Read More
