This company is the worst if I could give a 0 I would. I paid about 4k for my whole move because they added on another 650$ for packing up 2 sheets of glass and 2 tvs I didn't have packed and thankfully they weren't broken. However almost half of everything else was broken my shelfs, desk, various items in my boxes since the boxes were crushed it feels like my stuff was treated poorly and thrown around. When I tried to make a insurance claim I was offered 60$ for hundreds of dollars worth of damage and was gaslight into it being my fault for not buying their better protection and that the material of my items were cheap an prone to breaking... like what? No one expects their stuff to be broken on a move. I would never recommend them to anyone. Read More

The driver who made our out of state delivery, contacted us for a drop off date at the end of February (25th). He never showed up, I called the company they had no knowledge of his communication with us. Then he calls me less than 24 hrs before he’s arriving today. He was rude and aggressive over the phone, when I pointed out his timeline for delivery was not what was agreed upon in the contract, he admitted fault and changed his tone. Then when he shows up, he is again rude in person. He misread my money order, and he got upset yelling until he realized what was written was actually correct. Then while he is unloading with another worker I could hear him bad mouthing other workers and the company. Overall one of the most extremely unprofessional encounters I’ve had with a customer service based company ever. Read More
