They were assigned as my packers for my military move and lots of my stuff arrived damaged at my final destination. Lots of my stuff were less than 4 months old. Have used Lompoc Van and Storage for 4 different moves over the last few years. Always had a great experience. Packing a loading crews have always been on time and very professional. Had another great experience with Lourdes and the loading/driving team on 05 July 23Was nice that our HHGs were loaded into the crates with care. Very happy with the work and service provided. My neighbors used this moving company through a military move. One of the employees walked on to our property and scratched our vehicle with a tool. I have the incident on video from a security camera. When I attempted to put in a claim with the manager Karen, she told me to take it up with my insurance company. The company has terrible service and disregard for their customers. Use another company. Read More

I hate to rate this company badly because Robert and his “moving” crew were outstanding. Robert is professional and as loyal to the profession as he is to your household goods arriving safely. However, the packer with purple hair swore at us while we were in other rooms, didn’t thank us for lunch, complained about her job, and the room she was in, an heirloom with a $50 bill got broken and the money missing.
