Okay service at a steep price. I have used Little Guy Movers in 2016 and booked them for an unload. They unloaded my 1/1 apartment quickly, however I noticed they chipped a drawer on my dresser pretty badly. I sent over pictures and a few weeks later it was fixed, but it still happened. Assuming it was a one off incident and really feeling good about the pace of the crew, I booked them for a new appointment in 2019. This time, a full move. I had been given a quote in the $350 range on Monday. By the end of the week, my quote was in the $750 range. A 37.8% increase in price was added simply for adding a washer and dryer to my move. A nearly 40% increase in rate for a WASHER and dryer. I will include both quotes below (I am choosing to omit the initial $350 quote as that low estimate was not a fault of Little Guys, rather, the fault was on me for not disclosing I was moving to a 3rd floor apartment). This last minute change pushed me to find a new company. I found another company who loaded up my apartment, moved me, and unloaded for less than the price that Little Guys Movers charged me just to unload in 2016. I have included three files. The first two are the initial and revised quotes from LGM and the third file is my FINAL bill from the company that ended up doing my move.
