I have used this company three times now and have had a great experience with the first two times. The last time I was disappointed with the team that they sent me, they did not seem to know what they were doing and took way too long to get the job done. They did damage one peace of furniture as shown below. I spoke to the manager and they did apologize and have made a good faith effort to resolve my issues. I would use this company again only I would request a more experienced team. Read More

Came to my house unexpectedly (wrong address) this morning. Were caught by my camera hanging and swinging from the roof/front of my house. Called the company which was somewhat apologetic and advised they would follow up with the guys. Would not ever use or recommend. Read More

LGM did a terrific job on our logistically difficult move from a 3,500 sq ft penthouse (filled with big furniture) to a 3-story home. The single elevator made getting out of the penthouse tough, and there's no elevator at the 3-story home (and you *know* the biggest stuff went to the 3rd floor!).
