Called on short notice to have some office furniture moved from south Orlando, over to Winter Garden. I immediately received a call back and was worked into a schedule that worked best for me. Moving team was on site in agreed upon time, and communicated prior to their arrival. The staff was professional, and handled everything with great care. Company was responsive and flexible with changes along the way. Guys were nice and worked hard but damage occurred and lack of wrapping additional items left many items at risk. Dented a new fridge with minimal reimbursement and no attempt to correct it. Holes in the wall caused extra cost to use and hours of inconvenience while we fixed it, also with minimal reimbursement. The owner is harassing me because I gave a bad review.  If he did the job right he wouldn't have me or anyone else to worry about but as you can see he just keep on and on telling one lie after another.  I told him that I would complain about his business to all agencies that will allow me to complain about unfit service.  I posted pictures so everyone could see what horrible job he does and how they don't care if you ask them to wear masks they don't wear them.  Listen folks this guy is nothing but a clear scam artist.  He reminds me of the type of person that will help an elderly lady across the street while going through her purse to take the last money she has to live.  I clearly would never write a negative review if his company did a good job but "Just Move It" is a horrible company.  If he took care of the customer then he deserves praise but on the contrary, he failed, and as you can see he dodges taking responsibility.  By no means am I finished with my complaint I am just now getting started as I find more government and other agencies that I can complain to I am even writing the Attorney General.  God, I hate when people screw people over as Mr. Green does. They put with me calling them six times over the weekend to coordinate the pickup and delivery. When I arrived at the store they had already been there for 20 minutes. Then when they got to the house they were extremely careful protecting my new floor when moving the safe through my home, Their price was 25% less than another quote that I got, and their work was excellent. I would wholeheartedly reccomend them and would definitely use them again. Read More
