I quickly received a call to reconfirm details, receive a quote, set a date and pay the deposit. They moved quickly, placing furniture and boxes in each of the designated areas. They assembled the bed, unrolled and placed rugs and offered to assemble the dining table. The screws went missing, likely in transit to storage (not their fault). The employees were extremely helpful and even went the extra mile when I ended up having more items than I thought. I thanked them all and gave each a $100 tip for their quick and efficient work. They provided professional communication, with a nice contract emailed immediately over, a confirmation call a few days before my scheduled move, arriving on time, providing required papers, taking care of all necessary packaging, and a swift transfer. There were no damaged products or walls, and the movers performed an excellent job loading my belongings into the storage container. Our more important items we packed and wrapped ourselves to make it faster for them to get our stuff and go on their way. 6 days later the moving company came and dropped our items off and placed them inside our new garage. I hope this is read by those who are looking for a good moving company. Well, this is not it!! Our nightmare started on the day we were suppose to get everything packed. Fred called to say that they were going to come the next day, When we booked our moved we gave them a window of time they requested June 22 - 23, 2022. So coming a day late made the new owners unable to take possession of their new home as planned. When the truck arrived, driver Juan mislead us about the cost that was quoted. I will agree that we did decide to add a few items. But to add insult to the injury, Jet Moving and Storage for boxes and packing materials that we had already purchased from UHaul. Jet Moving and Storage had 3 other men show up to help move. What a disaster, They didn't have the necessary equipment to move our 2 safes, which we had included in our quote from the beginning. We had to ask 3 other men to help they move the safes. Besides not having the proper equipment and needing to ask other to help, they put dings and dents in the walls and safe. When it was time to pay, the driver Juan asked for cash. CASH are you kidding me!! As we found out later, the driver was accused of stealing money that was collected from previous moves to our. We were lucky enough to pay with a cashier check. So, Jet Moving and Storage RECEIVED their money. But when it was time to get our belonging, our nightmare became death by tortured. Jet moving and Storage was suppose to deliver our belonging on July 1st, 2022 but we finally received our belongings until August 17th or 18th, 2022. We made calls to Fred but almost never received any returned phones or information. Talk about frustrating, Extremely poor customer service. Just look on BBB and you can see for yourself. Once we received our belongings, we immediately noticed almost everything was damaged, Some beyond repair. Boxes were crushed and obviously stored outside in the sun. Proof- ALL candles were completely melted, ruining everything that was in the box with them. Since then we have tried to work with them. Giving them plenty of time to get everything squared out. But no such luck. We ended filing a claim and it was sent back to Jet Moving and Storage. That they needed to pay the claim. We spoke with Angela and was told they wanted to make it "right", this was back in September 2022. It's now December 4th, 2022 and we still have not been paid. 2 weeks ago I sent Jet Moving and Storage an email letting them know I would start sharing our nightmare in all the reviews I could find. Angela called us and stated that Jet Moving and Storage would call us in 2 weeks and settle the claim. The nightmare continues, we have not hear back from them. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! This is the worst moving and storage company. They talk a good talk and will be able to convince you to pay top dollar for their services. But when it came time to deliver, my packages smelled of cat urine and poop (they must have cats in their storage property) ; Half of my furniture and art pieces/decorations are broken; remote controllers/electrical plugs are missing and not kept with the furniture or appliance it belongs to; Left unrepairable damage from the adhesive tape they wrapped around the leather and vinyl ottoman. The relocation with Jet Moving and Storage was challenging. A rep, Tracy, who apparently brokered the move as Trinity Relocation Service for $1500 using Jet as there moving company hung up on me when I pressed him for a delivery date of our belongings, at least Adrianna advocated for us. What is clear is that our belongings were delivered Sunday , a month after pickup. Marcos and Juan of Jet Moving showed up and were incredibly helpful. Worked really hard to make thinks right. Went to Home Depot to pick up missing parts. Helped repair some of the furniture that was damaged. They are bright spots to a bad moving experience. Yes, you read correctly damaged furniture. If it were just Marcos and Juan it would be a 5 stars plus. But it was on the front end where stuff got broken and things were sideways. The bed when delivered was missing it's parts and the hutch legs were broken off hutch and there was just a bunch of other stuff on the front end that made that part of out move just terrible, I'll leave it at that. ...another update Jet Storage has again reached out to make things right offering to replace the missing power cable as well as fix furniture or pay for repair. Will need to contact the specialized bed company to get the info. They lucked out, our son is incredibly handy and is repairing other items needing fixed.
