If I could give 0 stars I would... Do not use iron tree relocations. They sent a crew to our house for pickup that had NO IDEA what they were doing. They loaded the truck like COMPLETE AMATEURS and in the process ruined our furniture. At most 2 blankets were used and we have a bunch of all white furniture. It was destroyed with black marks. When the truck was opened on the other side, there were movers from South Carolina and they were APPALLED at how the truck was loaded. They said it’s a cardinal rule of moving to always wrap white furniture in blankets. They said because of how the movers loaded the truck, it’s no surprise our furniture was completely ruined. To make matters worse, when we brought up what happened, we were told to file a claim. 6 months of filing paperwork and pictures for the claim and from a $6500 move, with thousands of dollars of damages, we were offered a refund of $96. That’s right. $96!!Are you kidding me ? We are refusing the money and instead writing this review to WARN other buyers. Oh, and one more thing…They also said they use all veterans. Only 1 guy of 6 was a vet. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Read More

We are so thankful for Our crew from our big move yesterday! The guys, Anthony, Chris & Jake were helpful, and didn’t waste any time! We had a in state move of about 10,000 pounds! They fit everything in the truck thankfully and then they brought everything back in the new house with two story’s upstairs following labeled boxes and the rooms for where to go. We were so pleased with them all. We ended up with one scratch on the floor In the guest room upstairs, but hey, we will take it! All our TV’s were good, our furniture, all good, and I’m pretty thrilled! I will never move again without a professional company, and I will most definitely use Iron Tree 🌳! Read More

The Principal Owner Colin was extremely accommodating, my move was due to the sale of my condo unit, however when I arrived on Wednesday, I was told later that day that the sale may be cancelled. I called Colin to let him know that there may be a cancelling of the move and he was very sympathetic and proactive, he told me to keep him in the loop and that he would keep me on the schedule for Friday until he heard otherwise which kept my mind at ease. STAY AWAY!!!!!!! They are the worst moving company in the Palm Beach area. Upon hiring we specifically asked them to charge us extra to have three movers and they agreed. Moving out of a three story town home, they explained by law, that three movers was a requirement. The day of move in, the movers were over an hour late and only two showed up. During the move I have never experienced such poor attitudes from the movers. Caught one of the movers several times, sitting on the chair and not doing anything. Half an hour in, he was outside puking and pretty much sat in the truck the rest of the time and constantly asked us for water. DO NOT get me wrong, I always provide water and sports drinks for our movers. It was frustrating to me that he had constantly asked for water as I caught him multiple times just lounging around. When we got to our new place they started to unload everything off the truck and as we started to unwrap everything, there was a huge crack in out glass cabinet, our water dispenser completely broken and unusable, and dent in our furniture.
