DO NOT USE!! This is a BROKER, he will not touch your stuff just sell your contract to a TERRIBLE moving company. We had to wait over 2 months and we still have not got all our belongings delivered. He won't ever answer or call back. Always says "On the road". The moving company he sold it to was Leadership Logistics, they are the most unprofessional moving company and people. They never answer their phone, don't update you and give you false delivery dates. THEY STOLE MY BELONGINGS and I filed a police report. HE IS A LIAR. DON'T CALL OR DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!! It has now been 30+ days and I cannot get anyone to tell me where my furniture is. Anthony from Horizon Van Lines even threatened me with defamation after I wrote a truthful Yelp review. Please see the screenshot for his counter points and my response. Every time I call the carrier, they tell me they can't get a hold of the dispatcher and will have to call me back. I am out half the payment ($1073.42) and around $3K worth of furniture--I have no idea what to do. Read More

Worse moving company! Do not use them!  Horizon Van Lines has two different addresses for them along with two different DOT numbers, however the same phone numbers which almost always go to a voicemail. SCAMMERS!!!Anthony talks a good game but doesn't come through at all! He is a broker but won't tell you that, he farms your things out to other companies. My things were picked up on 6/13 and didn't arrive to my destination until 7/3! I was told 2-3 days. I was also informed on the pick up day that them movers were not going to be driving my things to Oregon, but dropping them off at another site to be reloaded to another truck leaving for Oregon. My move was less than 400 miles. I moved from California to Oregon and at some pont my things ended up in a warehouse in Washington! He, Anthony said he would help all throughout the move, but didn't. He didn't return calls or texts, gave false promises, and outright lied at times! When my things finally arrived, they broke a picture, didn't clean up the glass, left all the plastic wrap and cardboard, and just off loaded the boxes not putting them where I had asked. The driver also told me he drove 2K miles in 2 days, which I believe is illegal. I will be reporting them. I had three different companies I had to contact to get any information. And I found it interesting that the guys who picked up my things originally ended up delivering them. DO NOT USE HORIZON VAN LINES either out of Florida or Ilinois! Read More
