GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! MAJOR RIPOFF! Everything was great up front, but since everything was verbal, the quoted prices magically went up. I picked them because they offered the services I needed all in one package and they were referred by my brother. 1st I hired them to pack my trailer for a long haul and they were too busy trying to make it to their next gig (the mover told me they were understaffed and overbooked) to pack properly. Due to this, they put boxes of books on top of lighter boxes, resulting in several boxes being crushed (see images). I had purchased furniture blankets and instead of using them as requested, they just packed them in my trailer with everything else. The company that unpacked my trailer couldn't believe how bad they packed the trailer. 2nd I hired them for junk removal and instead of giving me a discount because the packing and junk removal were done at the same time, I was charged for both services separately. 3rd I hired them to do a move-out cleaning. Not only did the person not show up 3 separate times, when she finally showed up she only cleaned for an hour which cost me $400!! When I called to ask for a partial refund as my apartment complex is charging me for cleaning, I was told they would get back to me and never did. Due to this, I'm in the process of filing a Better Business Bureau claim against them.

Can't recommend more. They were on time, friendly, and got straight to work. Took all of 15 minutes for them to help disassemble and haul away this behemoth media center. Guys were friendly and polite would use again. Also great price! Read More

BEST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER! They were punctual, polite, and very professional. I was scheduled for six hours and they loaded and unloaded and helped pack all of our belongings in four hours! Amazing! Afterwards, they restaged the furniture. I was blown away at the quality of service! Read More

You need to read this. 2 Huge surprises!
Based on reviews, decided to go with them. Moved from Clearwater to Brandon.
Guy was super nice. Gave me a quote and matched best price I got from others so went ahead. Because I have a bad back, I had them pack everything as well as moving. They came the day before to pack, and next day loaded everything.
They came with a 26 foot truck, a huge closed trailer, and 4 people. They said only 3 would be there so that was nice.
Usually you don't judge a moving company by whether or not they break something. They will, that's a fact. Heck, I've never moved on my own and not broke something. You judge by how many things they break and how valuable those are.
SURPRISE #1: They didn't break A SINGLE THING!!!! Not even a small glass. I've never experienced that before. Everything was packed so well, it was in perfect condition. Not even a small scratch. They even took the big furniture apart that could be taken apart and put it back together. And I have a lot of very fragile stuff (3 - 65" and bigger TV's, computers, monitors, gaming systems, not to mention all the dishes). NICE!
SURPRISE #2: I thought I had personally packed my valuables, I forgot to pack one of my Rolex watch. Figured I'd never find it and would have to call them, deal with insurance companies, etc... Guess what. I found it. They packed it in the box where other stuff from that room was. WOW. Gotta love an honest group you can trust.
Finally, all of the guys were great. Great personalities, friendly, helpful, and never seemed like anything was not possible.
So if you're looking for honest, reliable, efficient movers that will take great care of your stuff, this is the company to go with. All I can say is WOW and would never use anyone else. Read More
