A move to Rotterdam from Boca Raton, August 3rd 2022. Granero moving and Formula Global Mobility were contracted. (both owned by Brytor International Moving)
Door-to-door delivery took close to 4 months.
The American movers did not properly pack a $2,700 television or a crate that was destroyed during the move. The Dutch movers (otherside) laughed at how terrible the crating and item packaging was.
The moving coordinator failed to maintain and verify a checklist prior to the move of required documents and a missing insurance document was never confirmed. I do have the original document, reason for loss of document is in dispute.
For insurance claim (now based on mass rather than value) is for approximately $600 and was only offered with a Non-Disclosure Agreement. Read More
