I had an extremely negative experience with Floridian Movers and I strongly advise against using their services. From start to finish, their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction was truly shocking.
First and foremost, the movers they sent were careless and negligent. They mishandled my expensive furniture with absolutely no regard for its value or fragility. As a result, several of my prized possessions were broken beyond repair. It was devastating to see the damage they caused, and I immediately brought it to the attention of the company.
To my disbelief, the owner of Floridian Movers showed a complete lack of empathy and accountability. When we approached him about the broken furniture, he not only brushed off our concerns but also had the audacity to laugh at us. It was clear that he had no intention of taking responsibility for the damage caused by his own employees.
Furthermore, what shocked me even more was the fact that Floridian Movers is uninsured. This means that they have no coverage to compensate customers for any damages incurred during the move. This lack of insurance is not only unprofessional but also demonstrates a complete disregard for the well-being of their customers' belongings.
In addition to their unprofessional behavior, Floridian Movers also failed to take any action to rectify the situation.
