I have used this company 4 times already. Never had an issue until my last move on Feb 22, 2023. As they are moving me to our new home one of the workers broke my tv stand. They took pictures of it plus pictures of proof of purchase.
After the move was done i called and placed a claim on the same day Feb 22, 23.
After a couple of weeks i e mailed Jenna in their office to follow up, all I got from her was I ll send it to my boss. Two weeks after that I e mailed her again and got the same response. I called the office multiple times after that and got tge same answer. Now it has been over 1 month and now they do not even answer e mails or calls.
Do not use Flagler Movers or Lanco Movers, there are better options in the areas. Horrible customer care. They dont care about customers all they care about is collecting their monies.
Shame that now a days companies like them do not care about the customer or customer,s belongings. Read More

Horrific unprofessional service! Stay away! We had many problems with this company, who does business under the umbrella of Lanco Moving Systems.
Sent a man high on drugs that we had to keep chasing him down finding him crouched down in another room spaced out. When he wasn't doing that he was hitting on my neighbor. Eventually he walked off the job and called for an Uber.
They lost a piece of the brand new front door, did major damge to a door frame and door inside the house. Multiple pieces of furniture have nicks and dings in them. While unloading at the new house they placed my sofa cushions on the ground in the driveway. They somehow managed to get gum on my bedframe. Also damaged a door jam in the new house.
Job was estimated by Joe Amos to be 6 hours, it took them 10!!
When I called Joe Amos this morning to discuss this with him he could care less. They took $100 off the bill and expect me to make all the repairs. We're closing on the house tomorrow and the condition of my home is important. Joe simply didn't care. His only response was ok.
