Really wish I would have read some of these reviews before choosing this company for our move. We have moved long distances 5 times and this is the worst move we have ever had. First, the estimate was for a full pack. In order to save money, he told me to pack as much as I could. So we packed probably half of our house. Yet, when the movers were done packing they said they used the same amount of boxes as the full pack estimate. A week and a half after our move, the moving coordinator cannot answer why there would be such a wide discrepancy. We should be receiving a refund because we packed so much. Next, the packers were awful. We don’t know where things are located, we are missing a wallet full of $500 even though they’re not supposed to pack money but did anyway, MANY items are broken including our peloton bike, frames, and furniture, and most of my white furniture is dirty and now needs to be professionally cleaned. Then, when they put furniture back together, it was put back together half way. The headboard of a bed is literally laying on the wall. A bookshelf was halfway put together and broken. I had to make them put together a China cabinet as they were going to leave without doing it. I asked for a phone call to discuss all of these issues but never received one. It went Terribly! Some of my items arrived wet, molding and broken. The majority of my furniture and boxes arrived 41 days after the contracted date with no compensation! Do not use this company! The team that arrived (Nate Stevens and Josh Hales) were right on time and very friendly and professional. They were assigned to pack and load in tight quarters of a downtown high rise dealing with freight elevators and tight parking. They were highly efficient in packing with care and in utilizing all the extra steps to protect wall corners and flooring within my apartment. I've been relocated a half dozen times and many carriers skip the time consuming but highly important preventative measures of care but not Nate and Josh. Thank you so much!
