They were amazing. Very professional, on time, kind and patient. Brought a huge truck, dollies, tape, plastic wrap, everything I didn't know I needed to move my stuff safely. They're absolutely five stars. I read all the lowest rated reviews and it was a bunch of people confusing this outstanding team in Chatsworth with another company that has a similar name. The scheduling team also helped me find a day that was a lower rate since my timeframe was flexible, and let me know about different options like the two man team vs three man team. My family moved this past weekend . We hired Excalibur for the move. They came a week in advance to look at our place to give us a rough estimate of the cost. We were happy with the quote so we booked them. The day of the move, it was pouring rain. They showed up on time and worked so fast and efficiently. They wrapped everything nicely and secured , they used bed sheets to protect certain items as well. Luckily by the time they finished and unloaded at our new place, the rain stopped and made it a bit easier for them. We were very impressed with amount of time it took them. It ended up costing us less than the original quote due to their efficiency. If I ever need movers again or and friend/family move, we will definitely recommend them. Read More

I had a terrible experience with a driver this morning. He was speeding down Rinaldi well over 65 and ran a red light; nearly killing me and my kids on our way to school this morning. I took a picture of the truck and notice that it says greatness and honesty on the truck what kind of great company would have such a reckless driver represent their driving this vehicle. My kids had to go to school traumatized because of this driver. I to called the company multiple times regarding this incident however they never seem to answer their phone so now I am taking it to the reviews and maybe they will hire better drivers for a safer community. Wow, the reviews on this page weren't kidding and I'm so happy we used Excalibur. They came out, gave us a fair estimate, and drove by before our move to make sure the truck could access our driveway easily with no issue. The guys worked so fast and efficiently, packed the truck carefully and unloaded everything with care. Our estimated 9 hours ended up being 7. They put in a major hustle. First off, this is a broker moving company which means they will not handle your move (even if they act like they will upfront). The second they get your signature, they will pass you off to an undocumented, sketchy as hell operation that will be a literal nightmare. - Your stuff will arrive weeks to MONTHS late. - It will be damaged. Severely damaged. - You will not be able to contact this company at all between pickup and delivery and when you do, they will not speak an ounce of English. - Customer service is angry, rude, and downright unprofessional...IF by a miracle you get ahold of them. - My stuff arrived so banged up, beaten, and broken with no accountability. Movers had no truck driving experience. They couldn't even unload the truck. This is quite frankly the sketchiest operation I've ever encountered. No words.
